It has been a very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Weekly updates are a plus; make it a weekly challenge. The program is a slight distraction but generally has a good instinct for what you are trying to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves my style of writing in a variety of programs.
Grammarly has changed the way our Support Team communicates!
What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing how Grammarly can transform a mundane and potentially unenthusiastic message into a polished and insightful one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is the ability to move the GrammarlyGO icon around. Sometimes it's in the way of my buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Livening up our customer support responses has never been easier. When a support agent lacks the right words, Grammarly's suggestions help to correct the text and ensure a professional tone.
Essential for work!
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a professional and corporate environment, where I am in constant communication with our customers, has proven that Grammarly is a necessity. Even little mistakes I don't intend on making are corrected and keep our company looking professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say that I dislike!

Preventing me from making simple grammatical mistakes that could matter in the context of the conversation.
Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides an extra layer of coverage when typing correspondence in staff newsletters and other communications that go out to large groups giving me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides to using it.

Finding grammatical errors and offering suggested changes.
Helpful most of the time
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly Business is its constant seeking improvement in my writing. Even as I write this review, it is already looking for ways to help convey my message in a clear and concise way.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly Business is its lack of ability to understand how I communicate and my tone. I find that I speak in a way that is not informal and still professional, however Grammarly Business corrects me so that I am portrayed in a certain way,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Grammarly Business is solving is helping me communicate my thoughts and ideas in a clear and simple way. This is benefiting me because it gets the point across in much fewer words.
Makes Editing a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly nice to be able to see live edits as I type. I don't have to go back and do a lot of the fine copy-editing I used to have to do after I wrote documents, because Grammarly Business does it for me along the way. It also answers a lot of my hanging questions about when commas are appropriate and certain word usage. Just, over all, a really useful tool! It was super easy to download, their customer service has been nice, and I definitely use it every day in my work and my home life now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little G that hovers on your screen to let you know Grammarly is active sometimes covers up things I need to see, but otherwise it's incredibly useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It means I don't have to waste time copy editing when I've got a packed day in front of me. I can just send off emails and proposals shortly after I've written them!
Excellent Tool for Business Use
What do you like best about the product?
Most beneficial is being able to quickly spell and grammar check, not only in email but also across other platforms with the Grammarly extension. It works in Teams, Web Browsers, etc. It is extremely helpful to show what tone your message conveys and adjust it if needed. Grammarly Business is a must-have that I use every day. It is a seamless integration that requires little to no effort on my part to function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. I have not had any issues with the product and continue to use it each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me to convey the tone I am trying to achieve with different audiences. It also helps immensely with where to use certain punctuation, make sentences and statements easier to understand.
Getting started with Grammarly Business
What do you like best about the product?
We've been discovering the Grammarly tools over the best few months as a team and our favorite parts so far are the natural correction in spelling/grammar and tone suggestions as well as the Grammarly Go generative AI which speeds up brainstorming and creative drafts significantly. It's very easy to integrate into a workflow and is just there when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides I've encountered is the keyboard tie-in on the phone taking over some input functions hampering the use of the screen at times with pop-up suggestions etc.. So, I don't use it on my mobile devices just computers and larger-screen tablets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helps me solve writing blocks and prevents multiple edits of content for things like spelling, grammar and tone.
One of the Most Used Tools for Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool every day and several times a day - we very seldom run into any technical glitches or outages. It's very reliable and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I hope to see improved is the plagiarism checker. The grammar checker is excellent. The plagiarism checker needs to be more sensitive for us to be able to rely on it as our sole tool.

Grammarly Business solves issues with general proofreading and helps us to send out professional articles that pass all requirements.
