The G logo is often in my way when writing or editing.

The Grammarly icon keeps disappearing every now and then, I then have to restart it to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found this tool to be very helpful for improving my grammar and correcting typos. The integrated AI is particularly useful for modulating the tone of my emails, which adds a layer of convenience. Having an AI assistant provide suggestions on formal versus informal language, polite phrasing, and overall email etiquette has been hugely beneficial in crafting more professional correspondence.

It has a central admin and we can add our own rules.

It doesn't seem that different than Premium.

Basic spelling check.

I'm in PR, so I write for a living. Having something that catches my grammar issues or spelling errors on the fly is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions are very strange, they either add comma splices or try to rewrite the sentect into something that makes no sense. Also, even though I have it set to active it sometimes doesn't turn on for some websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's checking to make sure my grammar flows properly and makes sense, while still capturing my tone properly.
Grammarly is an essential business tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The Grammarly browser extension is a lifesaver. It allows grammar checks across a variety of touchpoints, not just email. Super easy to use. Highly recommend.

I have not experienced any downside with this system.

In a world of multiple touchpoints, Grammarly spell checks and grammar checks all of my communications before sending them out to clients.
Grammarly is Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I love how helpful it is with making sure all staff are consistent with style and language for forms, emails, and everything in between. I believe it has helped me expand my vocabulary and improve my grammar immensely. It was also very easy to download the additions to Google and Microsoft Word. This has allowed our staff to make sure that all communications are set to our company formatting without minimal effort and only one login.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that would be more helpful is getting feedback on the different groups within my company for areas to improve. Grammarly could also be more helpful with suggestions regarding errors such as "passive voice" because there aren't many suggestions to change this, and it is sometimes confusing. It has also lost some efficiency in making suggestions because it sometimes cuts off a word, and there needs to be another update to the phrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff has many spelling and conciseness issues, which have been improved with Grammarly. Our staff have also been able to be more assertive in writing style which has helped immensely with clarity.
Professional responses and polished materials for training
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps me still create professional and polished content after a long day of drafting and editing presentations. I usually feel burn out and start writing similar points and this helps catch that and provides great alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I have access for my entire team to improve our email etiquette, tone, and delivery in both education modules and live scripting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some team members work quickly and miskey spelling or has added an unnecessary S making something singular read plural. This helps to highlight those small instances and again assist in more robust content when preparing module content and scripts.
Helps Me with Al Types of Writing (e.g, Resume, E-mail, Research)
What do you like best about the product?
It's compatible with Microsoft office including Word and PPT

It doesn't work effectively on Google Suite like Goole Docs and Slides

Proofreading - it supplements my own proofreading to add suggestions that correct on its own if selected.
Grammarly makes a huge impact on the quality of my writing, both to internal & external stakeholders
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you write will be of a higher caliber. Never spell things wrong or misuse terms again. You can also now build an internal lexicology so that it can identify your internal acronyms. You NEVER sound robotic when using this product, unlike other options. Honestly, I have used Grammarly for years; it's a fantastic product and a must for anyone attempting to appear professional, regardless of the setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little glitchy in terms of identifying spaces, as it can recommend words or letters it thinks are missing or adds an extra space.

Grammarly ensures that I always sound put together in all of my internal and external communications.
