What do you like best about the product?
I use it on everyday basis to write in different languages. It can be integrated in all microsoft tools.

I appreciate how Grammarly Business not only helps improve my writing but also fosters better communication and professionalism. Its real-time grammar and style suggestions are invaluable, and the consistency it brings to our written content is a game-changer, especially since we are an academic institution dealing with a high volume of emails from students, staff, and faculty. Plus, integrating various tools we use daily makes it incredibly convenient.

it helps eliminate grammar and spelling errors, ensuring that our written communication is error-free and more professional. This enhances our university's image and credibility. we are a big team and we do not rely on canned responses so this helps our consistency in our writing style and tone across the team, ensuring a unified voice in our documents and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a feature in it where you just need to select the text and it will rephrase the whole statement for you in very profound english. It also helps with punctuation, the use of grammar, and the auto-correction of spelling. It is very helpful for people who write such emails. Also, I use it on a daily basis. It works on all pages as well as on other tools as well. The setup of Grammarly is quick and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icon is very annoying sometimes. Apart from that everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write emails, so it helps me to avoid spelling errors and to avoid making mistakes in my grammar part rephrasing sentences in a better way. To check the tone of my text and email. The use of English in the most correct manner and auto-correction also helps me to enhance my typing speed.

- Excellent spelling, grammar, and common error-catching. (It just caught that error-catching should have a hyphen...who knew?)
-It is easy to build in your organization's custom language. (It just caught that I left off the apostrophe and tried to say "org" which I had told it was too casual for our company's writing space.)

-The bubble at the bottom of a writing section can't be moved around and can get in the way.

We are a tech organization and spelling is not our suit...but we are better at spelling than understanding how our tone sounds. It is nice for Grammarly to help guide us to better customer relations.

Grammarly helps me in finding and correcting spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors in my writing, so my work looks more professional. It is easy to use as a plugin as everytime I can check the content suggestions in a click.

The price is little bit on the higher side. Also sometimes the suggestions are too much and unnecessary.

Grammarly is a useful tool for me. It helps catch errors in my writing and provides suggestions for improvement. It's practical, and I find it handy for both work and personal writing
Incredibly Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I feel more confident when I write with Grammarly. I don't have to worry about clicking the "Spell Check" button or taking the extra step to proofread if I'm in a rush. Automatically being corrected (or suggested) as I write is a lifesaver; having features like tone analysis or summary creator is the cherry on top.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I deliberately spell things differently than their recommendation (our company brand guides "4PM" versus "4 p.m.") and I have to resign with the fact that I'm going to get a Grammarly demerit. Other times, I'm typing an email and intentionally use fractured sentences ("Will check on that now!"), which hurts my score. As someone who appreciates reviewing data, I hate being penalized for things like that.

Grammarly is helping me make sure I'm a proficient communicator.

What do you like best about the product?
The insight to keep tone on brand with our organization. The support with grammar and spelling as well as the formation of sentences. Very easy to use and implement with email and document editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are not helpful. It is AI and learns as it goes, but some suggestions do not make sense.

Keeping tone on brand and professional yet approachable.

That it offer suggestions to my grammar, in a way that is easy for me to review and accept or decline.

I don't like that it doesn't recognized certain sentence structure when using certain words.

Sometimes, the pop-ups can be annoying; I don't want to turn them off permanently and would like to pause them for a time or turn them back on at certain times.

Solving the proofreading issue that I sometimes face - helping me write better content and making it sound professional but also gramatically correct.
