What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the confidence I need to express myself clearly and professionally every day at my work.

Sometimes I need to restart the app several times during the day to make it work properly

I work in marketing and for me it is essential to have a tool that edits and simplifies the texts that I use in my promotional campaigns.

Best Tool Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes me look smart! Often, I get in a hurry and miss some of those little words like the, a, etc. Also, because I am not always the best speller, I am thankful for those reminders. It's the very best tool whether a professional or just a homebody. I LOVE Grammarly and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of the downside. If I don't want to make the changes, I can easily dismiss them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it makes me look smart. When you forget commas or periods or use periods too often, it really doesn't look professional. I also tend to be a bit wordy, and Grammarly helps me be more concise and clear.

Provides alternative suggestions, help with making sure the tone of the writing is appropriate, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly can sometimes make suggestions that are out of context with the specific content or subject area you are writing for because it may need to be more familiar with the terminology of that particular service area.

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time grammar and spell-check features are incredibly helpful, ensuring our emails and documents are error-free. Integrating various platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and web browsers, streamlines our workflow. This means we can use Grammarly Business seamlessly across preferred applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly can sometimes be a bit overzealous with its grammar and style suggestions. While it's great for catching errors, it might suggest changes that are unnecessary or subjective, leading to potential over-editing. While Grammarly is excellent for English, it may not be as effective for users who require support in languages other than English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to enhance the quality of written communication, from emails to reports and documents, more professional communication, reducing misunderstandings and enhancing the overall image of the company. Writing Efficiency by identifying and correcting grammar and spelling errors in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with my existing workflow that enables me to analyze my work communication with easy to reference reports. A must have! I use it everyday, in all my work emails and documents. Easy to use on Google and no issues implementing.

Nothing - It's a great tool that improves my writing and grammar!

Makes me a smoother communicator, every time! Helping me understand my tone and how to write more succintly.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business keeps our organization’s communication consistent in appearance and tone. Correct grammar and spelling are things that reflect strongly on the professionalism of a business. How often do we see signs with incorrect apostrophe placement or a communication that uses the wrong form of there or to? It is essential to put your best foot forward, and Grammarly helps us dot our ‘i’s and cross our ‘t’s. It minimizes communication mishaps and allows us to focus on other areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. It constantly monitors our writing, and sometimes that can be disconcerting, but at the end of the writing process, we know we have solid results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I tend to encounter is not completing a thought. Grammarly alerts me to incomplete sentences and helps me stay focused on finishing the writing task to completion. Grammarly automatically runs for all of my writing-- from text to email to reports. This gives me confidence that all of my writing is the quality of communication I strive to achieve.

Tone generation for typed text is very helpful.

Sometimes the plug in for outlook does not work and has to reload.

Emails were too vague or lacked style.
Phenomenal Service
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been an excellent source of productivity, creativity, and proper grammar! It does more than offer suggestions for your documents, it teaches you how to be more proficient by explaining why a phrase should be reworded or a sentence removed. It integrated easily into Office and Browser programs. Would suggest it to anyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a handful of times when the program wouldn't remove the corrected part of a document, rather it added the correction in between the incorrect part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is promoting an increase in knowledge, proficiency, and expertise.
It did wonders when I'm not sure if I made any mistakes or when I wanted to express in other words

It has so many features and is extremely easy to use. It would be a bit weird now since I use it every day. It makes my writing tasks way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I have any dislikes so far, only good stuff.

It helps me in writing emails to prospects in a more engaging way, more tailored to them. When you do it every day sometimes you need some help to make them more colorful, there's where Grammarly jumps in!
