Overall Good
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, and after enabling it as an extension in your browser, you can apply Grammarly to anything that you are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
GrammarlyGO is missing some basic capabilities. As for example, I would like to apply GrammarlyGO in an existent text and it is a bit tricky or misleading

the proofreading is amazing. I can send a text with confidence that it does not contain mistakes

What do you like best about the product?
With Grammarly, the effort and time to compose and proofread a message to be sent out is less time-consuming. We are sure that the grammar and the punctuation, and tone of the message we want to convey are considered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the main feedback from me is the ease of use. Most of the time, I have to refresh the page, log out, and then log in again to make sure Grammarly will work when I use it along with Zendesk. It would be better to auto-save the login info of the user on the same machine/computer for a period of time so users won’t have to log out and then log in from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with a lot of third-party services such as Superhuman (mail app), Google or Microsoft apps. I also love the widget for Google Chrome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Grammarly to learn from my writing style and not make the same mistakes over and over again (words in Italian marked as errors or incorrect punctuation in sentences with many subordinates)

It increases my writing speed, corrects small errors or imperfections and helps me vary my vocabulary.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to write using clear and concise verbiage. Grammarly is user-friendly. I use it for every piece of correspondence I write. The suggestions allow for fewer words to be used while allowing the reader to understand the message with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes offers suggestions which does not fit in with the message I am trying to convey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving my using unnecessary wording.
Effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
Use of AI, and slickness of UI. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates into different applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if I change browsers it can be hard to log back in, and I have to get my department to reset my login.

Proofreading is super helpful in that I have to read a lot of information and ensure its clear, concise and makes sense.

What do you like best about the product?
Having English as a second language is sometimes challenging when one wants to communicate using writing. I found Grammarly to be the perfect tool not only to correct my writing style but also to teach me better ways to state what I want to communicate to different audiences.
I use it in my work and personal communication; it shows the tone of my writing, and that helps me decide whether I want to sound formal or friendly.
I love that it has a browser extension, which helps when I use Google Translate or any other text editor.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it didn't work correctly with MS Outlook or other Microsoft products, so I would have to restart the application. I have not seen it working with Excel, for example, but that is understandable since Excel is not meant for large-worded statements.
Other than that, there isn't any other feature I can think of that I dislike about this tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me be more assertive and direct with my writing communication. As a manager, most of the time, I need to ensure my communication is clear for the audience I am trying to reach.
Grammarly Business - Review
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me excel in my writing, making things more concise & easy to use. I use it every day for my writing & it is seamless to have it always in front of my screen, ready to construct my writing better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Grammarly, except that there is no AP Writing Style checker. Grammarly has said they do not support that style function with its service but that is a fantastic idea to consider for AP writers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving writing styles, making sentences more concise, offering recommendations for better-written sentences & word usage(s)
