Very Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes my writing more concise, to the point, and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it doesn't understand the context very well and will try to correct something that isn't quite right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I type fast, so Grammarly helps me not make so many mistakes. It also explains why it suggests the change. For the record, I am using Grammarly to write this review.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to save snippets of text that are used frequently and need consistency. Adaptable to AP style and standards for our business. Offers options to improve flow. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far I am so happy with it maybe cost would be the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling and grammar with our design team. It helps us be more clear and tighten up our writing. Having common blocks to text that we use frequently saved so it is consistent.

I will say that I find Grammarly Business to be relatively expensive, especially for smaller businesses or individuals. The subscription fees can add up, particularly if you have a larger team.

It provides robust grammar and spelling checking, helping to eliminate errors and improve the overall quality of written content.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly speeds up the process of reviewing and editing content, helping to catch common errors like wordiness, passive voice, and spelling errors. I review a high volume of content for our clients, and Grammarly makes it easier to tighten up copy and get it ready for publication. I also appreciate having Grammarly always "on" to assist in catching errors in all kinds of copy wherever I'm working, such as emails and social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly can be wrong about certain suggestions, and if I didn't know better, I'd be introducing errors into content if I took all of Grammarly's suggestions. Sometimes, its suggestions make the copy sound worse or change the meaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps in the editing process to ensure our clients' blog content is accurate, clean, and effective. It saves some time in the editing process, and that's invaluable to me due to the high volume of work running through our agency.

Detail corrections that are easy to overlook in everyday correspondence. It is easy to use and very easy to integrate into all documents, including emails.

We started out with the free version. Our team realized that there are so many advantages to the paid version and requested the upgrade to make their communications concise.

I love that Grammarly makes my writing sound more professional and can help me cue in on how I sound to my audience. I really love the new AI writing features that help me get my point across in emails faster.

I wish that I could make it just always correct certain mistakes like double spaces after periods or inconsistent formatting.

Grammarly takes out unnecessary words and cleans up your sentences, making them clear concise, and to the point.

None, there are no downsides, if you do not want to change to the recommendation. You don't have to just move on.
