Totally recommendable
What do you like best about the product?
The generation of text by AI, with the ability to recognize a certain part of the email thread's context, helps me express the email response better and more formally. Good suggestions with text and alternative phrases.
What do you dislike about the product?
At a certain point, it can be too formal and filled with unnecessary text when the answer could be much simpler, but in these cases, I suppose I could simply respond with my own text and be more concise with what I want to convey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a native Spanish speaker and I usually work with text that I need to send to print, translating from Spanish to English and vice versa, as well as responding to emails from clients in various countries. Therefore, Grammarly helps me enormously to use more formal and native language, and it can also be informal when I need it. With specific texts, it helps me correct up to 70% effectively. And when there are misspelled words, it helps me detect and correct them almost automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to quickly identify ways to improve your writing, reducing time to check for errors and inconsistencies. Plus, you're able to set up your style guide within the platform. This allows you to always stay consistent with your brand writing guidelines and preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly will have a hard time when you use Word's track changes feature.

It's helping writing to stay consistent with brand guidelines.
A great experience with Grammerly
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly suggestions come up in all my writing programs. The suggestions are excellent and easy to incorporate. This program is user-friendly and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints when it comes to using Grammarly.

Grammarly helps me write in a more professional manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business makes it easy to keep our team in sync with tone and on-brand. I appreciate how easy it was to get up and running as an administrator. My team also appreciates the ability to create their own snippets easily. Each team member set up Grammarly on their own - most had it prior to our purchase, so it was simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Business is a bit more expensive than purchasing individually, and we may not use the included additional features enough to make it worth it, but having a single place for billing was important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business keeps our tone consistent across our Customer Success team and eases the burden of proofreading!
A Must Use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is how easily it fixes my writing! It is so easy to use and makes everything written more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is sometimes it seems there is a conflict in Grammarly. I have it downloaded, so it works as I write on my computer. Every so often, I'll copy and paste something into the website version, and they contradict each other. It isn't over anything major; I'm not too worried about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run everything we send out through Grammarly - newsletters, emails, etc. It has caught multiple punctuation and grammatical errors.
Great app for non-native english speakers
What do you like best about the product?
It automatically suggests the sentences you write, corrects your grammatical errors, and the new AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain punctuation suggestions that are unnecessary, you cannot add someone to the business plan if they have a different email domain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
50% of the company's staff are Latin speakers, and this is an excellent tool for minor grammatical errors that they may make; personally, it helps me with my grammatical errors and learn to express myself like a native
Confidence Booster
What do you like best about the product?
It is a straightforward tool to use. I appreciate having the backup verification to help me feel more confident about my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodically, it will disconnect, and I need to log back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spell check and punctuation. It is a great reminder, and since I have been using it I feel that I am more conscious about my writing.
A Grammarly fan for life!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly works like a collaborator in my larger writing projects and keeps me on track in day-to-day correspondence as well (even as far as helping me edit this review!). The platform is simple to install and easy to integrate across a variety of applications. I also trust the suggestions and agree with the edits more than 90% of the time. Also love the stat reporting with a recap of my word count each week!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only time I tend to disagree with Grammarly's suggestions is in more of my creative projects, when I stick to a particular word choice or sentence construction for the sound of it. Having said that, I always welcome the feedback - no dislikes from me!

The platform encourages efficiency in my writing and keeps me from making casual grammatical and structural mistakes.
Great Performance With Grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have help creating business documents. I use it very frequently as it is part of my job description to create/edit business documents. Grammarly provides a number of features with ease of use and ease of implementation for day-to-day activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of delay while typing or sometimes, the suggestions are a bit off from what is actually being said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of Grammarly, we are able to create/edit business documents with ease. The reword feature has also been helping to reword some sentences to sound more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
The best things are that it is very intuitive and user friendly, love the prompts it creates!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the button seems to be in the way and clunky to move, and how it prompts you to change the commas to straight commas in every doc.

Grammarly is helping me stay cohesive and speak clearly.
