Solid - Using for our LatAm team to improve their English Writing
What do you like best about the product?
As an Admin, I loved seeing the increased writing quality of our team members.
I like seeing the tones like formality, confidence, etc... There are solid recommendations for copy changes.

There are also plenty of recommendations that are not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I want to solve is the improvement of English grammar for our LatAm team

I like that Grammarly Business provides feedback not only on accuracy but also on tone. It's helpful to understand if the tone is too direct or needs adjustment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions are inaccurate, or the formatting needs some work. Not the end of the world but something you need to keep an eye on.

Grammarly Business provides confidence when writing to know that spelling and grammar sounds professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Grammarly because it helps me improve my writing in various ways. Firstly, Grammarly provides excellent grammar and spelling suggestions. It automatically detects and corrects any grammatical errors or typos in my text, which saves me a lot of time and makes my writing more polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about Grammarly. It is a wonderful app.

Grammarly has a user-friendly interface and integrates seamlessly with various platforms such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and web browsers. This allows me to access its services conveniently while I'm writing, ensuring that I don't miss out on any valuable feedback.
This is an excellent resource for communicating accurately and clearly.

It is precise, clear and effective at suggesting alternative wording and clarifying mistakes.

Hmmm. I cannot think of a negative. i works very well.

All members of our staff write variying communications. Most are seen by the public. This system checks spelling, grammar and punctuation and assists is producing clean and precise messages.

For starters, I'm not a strong writer at all but grammarly has made it 100 times better. I think the best thing about it is that it corrects your spelling if need be also manny different setting options to choose from . You all seriously need to check it out !!!

At times the it can prosses a little slow but that could also be an issue on my end .

My typing and spelling skills have improved dramatically.
The Ai is beautiful there saves time and auto correct is too good

Before Grammarly it was really cumbersome but now it ease to write without mistakes

If you want to gain confidence in your professional communications, no matter your role, Grammarly will help you a lot.

If you are reviewing long documents that are outside of English, Grammarly will affect your device's performance.

I am not a native English speaker, and I used to send a lot of communications outside of my company. Grammarly helps me to create a tone, identify and correct punctuation and spelling errors, rephrase sentences for clarity, and more helpful stuff!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly allows me to set the tone of the conversations. This helps keep customers informed and satisfied with responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes focuses on minor newer errors rather then old ones. If I type a type, it wants to fix it right away even if it is a very very quick fix. Then, the begining of the text may be phrased completely wrong. I'd rather fix the larger things first.

I am able to write quick and effecient responses to support tickets. I am also able to improve my grammar pracices and knowledge through grammarly.
Grammerly Business is super helpful and is making me be a more concise and clear writer.

The real-time editing suggestions and the ability to make my writing stronger, clearer, and less wordy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions hinder what I am trying to convey. But that does not happen very often.

It is allowing me to be as effective as possible in my communication and saving me time by creating content faster than I can.
