An essential tool for your IT kit
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it not only corrects my writing, but improves it, helping me to be more succinct and get to the point of the subject matter. I also love the emails Grammarly sends you with all of your stats!
What do you dislike about the product?
If it could better identify when I am writing code, that would be great as it wouldn't affect my stats so much. Suggestions on code and missed syntax, especially for technical writing, would be massive. Sometimes the little button doesn't anchor where I want it to, or could be smaller, but it is improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to be more succinct and to stay within a certain style for all of my documentation tasks

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps me to draft emails to my client. I work in sales, and we have to reach out to our clients every now and then for follow-ups, negotiations, etc. Since the time I am using Grammarly, I've never had to face any issues related to checking the tone of my language, the words that I am choosing, and the way I am drafting my conversation so it doesn't appear offensive to the other party. With Grammarly, all these issues get taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps logging me out after a few days and then I have to login again, which is a bit irritating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me make my reachouts to clients more effective and getting me the response I expect from my clients. It really is a blessing. I just have to feed in what I want to write and Grammarly takes care of everything.

I like that it does not miss anything, it catches even the small mistakes.

If you work on a very large document it can slow things down a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a non profit organization. As a result we need to do a lof of writing for various reasons. This includes books, newsletters, articles etc. Grammarly helps us with all of it.

Grammarly Business will upgrade your writing. It is incredibly helpful in improving your grammar as well as allowing you to trailer it to your own personal style.

It can get buggy at times and is frustrating

I only dislike that certain words/phrases used commonly are often flagged as improper grammar or spelling. It's easy to ignore it but I wish there was a way to add word and phrases to a dictionary of some type so it won't flag future use
