I love this tool and I had learned a lot.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tone suggestions, I used all the times.

To date, I don't dislike anything. It is very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is beneficial to write in different tones because sometimes you write to specific roles that require another way to refer. I had improved my English redaction skills.
Versatile tool. Can help you make your natural writing more formal and professional.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how feature rich this product is. I especially appreciate Grammarly GO to see if there are any gaps of clarity in my writing. Grammarly GO's AI is more accurate when asking about a specific topic than ChatGPT. It is easy to use and even if I'm confident in my writing, I'll run it through Grammarly as a second set of eyes. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The suggestions aren't always correct and the AI in Grammarly Go could be a more capable editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is making sure my writing is cohesive without any gaps in train of thought. It also proofreads documents for me when I don't have a second set of eyes.

I love how it gives you the option to create a snippet for phrases that you use frequently. it also helps make sentences more formal so you sound more professional! I love how it is automatically applied and gives you multiple options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the words we use are not common in the dictionary and it always tries to autocorrect to something I don't want.

It not only checks your grammar mistakes but also your spelling errors and punctuation errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps me write consistently better emails and other content on a daily basis. It crosses over my various places, such as emails, Word, and Teams. It was easy to install and is now always on. This has helped me to be even more efficient at my job. I am a good, concise writer, and this has made me more consistent and technically accurate. I appreciate that when I’m done and ready to send it is grammatically correct. It also knows some of my company style guides, which keeps me aligned. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it isn’t clear about the context, so the recommendations are invalid. However, it is easy to delete the recommendation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand standards are important. Grammarly keeps me and my coworkers consistent with these standards. It is easy to use by helping me quickly understand what needs to be corrected and easily providing accept/reject options. I appreciate that it offers sentence structure changes even though I don't always accept them.

Grammarly Business helps you to improve your writing skills and knowledge. One thing I love about Grammarly Business is the GrammarlyGO feature, it's very fun to make prompts!

So far, I don't have anything to dislike about Grammarly Business, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business really helps me in fixing the papers. It corrects your spelling, fix the grammatical errors, and even suggests or rewrites you a clear and well-structured sentences! Using Grammarly Business is really helpful especially when checking if the paper is plagiarized.
Grammerly has helped our entire team write more professional documents, from email to proposals.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the writing style suggestions and the ease of integration with MS Office products that we use every day. I also appreciate being able to learn about correct grammar and spelling. Grammarly does a better job than my school teachers ever did in teaching me the fundamental rules of the English language. The platform was easy to implement for our entire team, and they use it all the time to improve their communication with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that annoys me about using Grammarly is that the floating or pop-up suggestion box sometimes partly obscures the rest of the text. This can be a problem, mainly when using Grammarly on social platforms where the text entry fields are restricted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most younger employees have poor writing skills. They don't know how to structure sentences, use commas, or co-join ideas. Their sentences are often challenging to understand because of poor linkage or lack of punctuation. The tone is another big problem in written communication, and Grammarly helps ensure the right tone is expressed. I also like the on-brand tools that allow you to customise a vocabulary to suit your business - Correct product names or branding - e.g. BiodeTIME. A simple example would be Grammarly suggesting the words 'team member' rather than 'staff' or 'employee' if team member is your preferred tone of voice across the business.

I love that I can write my thoughts without being overly concerned with self-editing. I can go with the flow and get it out onto the page, and then I can trust Grammarly to give me corrections on my grammar and punctuation and also suggest some better ways to phrase what I have said.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I am working on assessment creation I have several word documents open at one time. Most are reference materials and I will be working on just one or two. But Grammarly is checking all of the documents and it tends to slow down my Word documents somewhat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The majority of the time I use proofing to ensure that I have correct spelling punctuation and grammar. It is also very useful to have different rules (style or brand guides) we can set up. We do work for several clients who have different rules and prefer the use of some terms or dislike the use of others. Being able to switch on that rule set means that it doesn't immediately get in the way of the creative work I need to do when writing but also ensures that the client rules are noted and changed early before going to an internal review.
Occasionally I will use the AI assistant to give me a suggestion when I am stuck. I tend not to use the output verbatim, but it is usually enought to get me past any block or mental roadblock I have.
