Grammarly helps me be more productive at work
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps make my writing clearer and more on point, and catches many small errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't always load propertly, glitches occasionally, overly pedantic about commas

Make my writing better, and helps me remove unclear and hard to follow phrasing

It's solving writing block and helps with better responses to differet things.
Great for basic grammar, but has lost focus with generative AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. I use this account for work and personal writing. I like how grammarly can check *almost* every text field in any program I use. I've used grammarly since the beginning, and the algorithm for detecting errors has improved, though I still consider it far from perfect as it seems to sometimes lack crucial context behind what's being said. Because of that, its suggestions are probably wrong 30% of the time, and that percentage increases if you use it beyond basic spelling and grammar. As a user, I don't want to waste my time correcting it just so your algorithm may or may not improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generative AI is useless. I hate how every company is in an arms race to force us to use a product that will only threaten our jobs. I how the little grammarly go icon is now more complicated because you had to implement generative AI. The grammarly go icon is a great idea, but it was better when it wasn't bound to certain anchor points on the screen, and it was also better when it didn't expand to advertise generative AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It polishes my rough drafts and mitigates some of my dyslexia.

I love the fact that I can be brain-dead at the end of the day and still be able to construct a functioning email to co-workers.

The pop up can get in the way sometimes in Slack.

When dealing with customers all day it make sit easier to be able to outline a clear and concise message to them.

It's been awesome to not just spell-check our work, but make sure our writing matches our style guide - from tone to proper terminology to style.The fact that it reviews my content for our preferred business tone.

Sometimes when I igonre a correction, it keeps prompting me to make the same correction.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly every day as it is a highly useful tool that ensures my written content meets all grammatical, punctuation, and spelling requirements. It is easy and quick to integrate on any device, and the icon appears when you are writing text so that you can edit and improve it. If you have any questions or concerns, you can easily navigate the helpful Grammarly customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I prefer to draft my writing in the notes app on my computer. However, Grammarly does not allow me to edit the text in the notes app and also certain Adobe applications. Therefore, I tend to edit my text either in a Word document or on the Grammarly website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Businnes has been a great support for our social media team in drafting social media copy for publishing on over 10 social channels. It has helped to significantly reduce the time spent on writing and proofreading and has successfully aided in drafting posts that have garnered over 100 likes each.
Definitely making me a better writer!
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, it's a little "stalker"-ish, and initially annoyed me, but I quickly warmed up to it and it IS really helpful. My favorite feature is the weekly report. I'm obsessed! Love seeing my performance. It's pretty fascinating to see how many words you've written and how you rank against other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more "flexibility", or ability to add your own vocabulary, acronyms, etc. I hate to get "dinged" for terms and phrases that are company or industry specific, that Grammerly may not recognize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have different skill levels of writing on the team, and I think it's going to help some members clean up their writing, even just in their emails. I tend to be a flourished writer, and it's helping me use more concise language, which I appreciate.
Allows me to worry about the content and not the commas!

As I mentioned in my title, Grammarly allows me to fly through content and not have to worry about the semantics. Additionally, it provides options for what I've written when necessary.

It's awful with mobile. It has a tough time keeping up.

Because English is not my first language, Grammarly always helps me whenever I'm composing important documents or emails, especially with clients in the US. It enhances the form and tone of the email to make it more professional. I can use it in every tool is really easy to integrate
