Grammarly has come a long way!
What do you like best about the product?
Brand tone, and analytics are everything with this app. Ease of integration, and easily used across all apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe some of the features are in BETA that we're using, so still learning/evolving. Yet this is part of the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring our business aligns with verbiage, acronyms and the like.

That it makes suggestions on the best way to write something.

I like it alot, there really aren't any issues except it was hard to log onto

How to make my sentences clear and professional it really helps me to fine-tune my language skills.
Helpful, unobtrusive, better than feeding things through ChatGPT
What do you like best about the product?
Suggestions for clarity are very helpful. I often use extraneous words and Grammarly weeds them out nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only use it in web-based applications because my organization's IT team doesn't support integration in the desktop version of apps like MS Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I'm very busy it can be hard for me to write concisely, and Grammarly catches those run-on sentences before I hit send or publish. I'm a fan of the Oxford comma and apparently, so is Grammarly. It's very helpful when pasting copy that I haven't personally written and edited - it catches the many common mistakes other colleagues make with commas, apostrophes, and so on (I deal with a lot of other contributor's content).
This has been a fantastic tool to reward and recognize the team's effort.

Partnership with our rewards is the most important part i like reasonable points required that are low and not extremely high to cash out

only 50 points to give away we should all have 100

My English is not very good looking so Grammarly has helped.
Grammarly makes it easy to quickly edit and change tones in my emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I am on the sales team and spend much of my time following up with clients, sending follow-up emails from prospect calls, and occasionally handling tricky situations. Grammarly makes helpful suggestions on how to sound more positive and professional in my follow-ups. I can also save snippets of sentences I'm sending out regularly, and oftentimes, Grammarly will rewrite my sentences to sound more concise and grammatically correct. I use Grammarly daily due to the number of emails I'm sending out and it's been very helpful overall (I even used it to help write this review!).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly makes suggestions that aren't relevant or doesn't provide the tone I'm going for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the volume of communication I'm sending out on the daily, Grammarly Business helps me collect errors I may have missed while also assuring I'm sending communications in a positive and professional tone.

The suggestions are usually correct and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions are incorrect or don't fit the context. Sometimes it will suggest a correction, I'll make the correction, then it will suggest I change it back to the original wording/grammar.

This question is grammatically incorrect. That's ironic.

I like the way it analyzes the tones of the written piece.

Sometimes the pop-ups interfere with what I'm working on.

I get to write a lot faster because I know Grammarly is going to check my writing. It can be very helpful if I'm not sure about what or how I want to say something. Helping with tone is also great for neurodivergent folks who may not understand social cues.

What do you like best about the product?
When emailing customers, I can always count on grammarly to let me know if I sound ignorant! I use Grammarly every day for just about every interaction that I have to type out. I can use it on every program that I use for work, and it works seamlessly with everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't catch things. Such as commas or periods that have been missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to worry if my emails sound unprofessional.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me in improving my clarity and correcting grammar mistakes. It is indeed a wonderful tool to use. Nothing can beat this as AI is integrated now.

Nothing as such, I overall really happy with the tool
