Grammar help is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the spelling corrections provided.

Sometimes there are too many AI suggestions.

Grammar is much better now than ever before.

That it highlights things as soon as I write stuff on any platform

The fact that it highlights it different colors and sometimes I need to guess what must be wrong with the sentence.

Its assisting me in writing and checking for plagiarism and proofreading for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an excellent tool for my title as an Executive Assistant; it allows me to form better paragraphs/sentences, corrects my spelling/grammar, and just helps create a better and more seamless experience for my job all around. I use Grammarly on a daily basis, I highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of with this tool is the constant pop-up that occurs, sometimes unnecessary pop-ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my grammar and wording of sentences, this benefits my job big time because it allows me to sound more professional and put together.
As a CS, it's a god-sent tool!

I don't dislike anything. It's easy to access and use.

that it is intuitive, easy to use and the suggestions feel natural

sometimes it takes a while to load or pop up

my grammar and punctuation. it makes my writing sound more natural and enaging

I love the in-window tools for quick insights and tone change recommendations to help craft writing to the audience

None, in my mind! It's been so easy to use and has only improved our team's communication with customers

I love getting suggestions for copy edits. Helpful grammar tips are always appreciated too!

As always, sometimes AI isn't as discerning as human writers/editors. Also, at times a little glitchy when using Word online.

Sometimes you need a second opinion when writing. Grammarly fulfills this role and is a helpful tool to writing in any capacity.
