Cheaper than a copywriter
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to write better copy without engaging a copywriter at $150+ an hour!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions are very American!

Copywriting - we're benefitting by having clearer communications while saving on a copywriter fee

I run every communication through Grammarly. From internal emails to professional marketing collateral, I don't trust anything until it has been approved by Grammarly!

Sometimes the Copy/Paste can be limiting.

Grammarly is ensuring our content is professional and accurate -- and stated in a clear, easy to read way.
A great app to re-touch Grammer
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is the best tool to rectify errors in my sentence with respect to grammar only. The colour highlights which are shown there helpa a lot to correct the sentence in once click. This is my go to tool and first thing to turn on when I login to computer daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit expensive if you purchase premium. Its customer support is bit slow.Rest all is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am a customer chat support executive and my daily work involves a huge amount of typing and sending messages to my customers, so this helped a lot in reduced usage of backspace key and typing the sentence again to just one click solution. It's has reduced my chat resolution time and increased my customer ratings as well.

There is nothing I currently dislike about it.

Solving grammar and punctuation for my team.
Incredibly easy to use and it has: punctuation, AI, synonyms, sentence flow, and so much more.

It makes editing so much easier. I can use Grammarly on emails, resumes, blogs, captions, and every other day-to-day business items.

Nothing so far, especially since there's an AI function now.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been really helpful for me at work. The tone alerts catch times when my messages might come across as too aggressive or curt with coworkers. Since I don't always notice my tone initially, the little images are a nice reminder to soften my language before hitting send. Maintaining positive relationships is crucial, so I appreciate Grammarly's assistance there. I'm pretty solid with grammar usually, though I do leave out commas on occasion. The grammar suggestions are a nice backup to keep my writing clear and professional. Overall, Grammarly helps me communicate in a friendly yet professional way with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little G icon gets in the way of chat windows. I try to move it out of the way while keeping it activated but none of the options are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly offers us the chance to talk to our customers all in 1 tone. As part of a team with three different people writing content, we all must talk to our customers in 1 voice. By setting the controls the same for everyone on our team, we can achieve this, elevating our content to a more trusted professional level for our customers. It is super easy to use, and with all the features, it can be customized for whatever type of project you are working on. I literally use this every single day and won't send an email or make a social post without it.

Sometimes, when there is limited information the system has a hard time supplying more than 3 bullet points for a product.

Creating propper sentence structure and applying the correct punctuation and spelling.
