Nothing negative at the moment to discuss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me proofread when there is not an individual who can do that right now in our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can focus on the language and the context of my conversation. As a non US native speaker it has becone critical on my day to day, from emails to proposals, from chats to note taking. I installed both the deskto and the safari app and it has been working great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great comprehensive tool overal, there might be some SaaS products where it might not be as effective. I wish it would pick up more on the common things I dismiss to align to even greater context for my business and styl type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional and well writter written communication and on a personal note improve my overall language skills
Great for emails and documents
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is beneficial in the business setting. Not only does it pop up with suggestions for my writing, but it also suggests corrections for grammar and spelling. I'm also a student, so it helps to have Grammarly for more than just writing emails to colleagues and external parties. I had a group who plagiarized and Grammarly was incredibly helpful with that group paper. Grammarly is also a great add-on when responding to emails - it can suggest a less aggressive tone when your annoyance comes through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't understand exactly what I am trying to say and suggests changes that don't work. It also doesn't seem to like some of my responses involving abbreviations. I received a message that my review was unable to be used because AI generated it. It didn't. I typed it and ran it through Grammarly....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot of emails and type a lot of papers for class. Grammarly helps with all of that to clean up my writing, make it more succinct, and check grammar.
Highly recommended
What do you like best about the product?
The reason I suggested Grammarly to my organization was to provide my team with a tool that provides brand guidelines. The writing style and brand tone options do just that. Also, some AI text sites do not offer team analytics, which I need to ensure they use the service we are paying for. Lastly, the admin panel makes my inspection points quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes responses out of context, providing inaccurate suggestions. I report the inaccuracies, hoping those suggestions will no longer be made, but that is not always the case. Also, it flags "passive voice" which is sometimes necessary. Other than those minor issues, I don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to ensure my customer support team's responses align with our brand guidelines. Also, the analytics allow me to measure their frequency of use and writing improvement percentages.
Love using it.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy use. Easy to download. Use it very frequently
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime its difficult to navigate once updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it really easy to proof read emails before sending
Great Resource for Writing

The tool has helped with my writing style and punctuation. When responding to emails it helps to correct with common writing mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pop-up notification gets in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofing emails before sending them out to make sure my message is clear.
Grammarly for Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly can be added as an extension that automatically reviews my work. The digest emails I receive also help give a breakdown of the tone I have been using and ensures mistakes are minimal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that I dislike about Grammarly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving the problem of needing a copy editor as frequently. It also helps with more informal items that wouldn't necessitate an editor but that I still don't want mistakes on.
Informative, fun, and useful
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to simplify my content with better sentence structure or if I'm struggling with how I want to word a particular thought, sentence, concept, etc. I also like that it identifies the extra spaces between words and punctuation to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tries to suggest edits on things that I don't need or want to be edited, like Slack messages. Sometimes what is written is how it needs to be written, especially when it's a company standard, a term unique to the company, or when it wants to add a comma where a comma doesn't make sense in a conversational structure. For instance, it keeps trying to put a comma after "sometimes" in this sentence but I don't want a comma there even if it *may* be right by AP standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with simplification or if I'm struggling with how to get a particular idea across properly with proper punctuation and tense, helping me to further understand my style and tone of writing.
