My year and a half experience with Grammarly Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI feature of learning from my company's writing style and my own writing style, giving me suggestions on what it has learned for my messages, emails, and other texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it makes some corrections that don't make sense based on the context of the text being written. Like for example, when writing a message, it tries to correct some uncapitalized letters that don't make sense to have them capitalized on the message itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar mistakes mainly, and it helps me oversee the mistakes that I may not have seen when writing emails, articles, or just on casual messages.
Grammarly is a good software indeed.
What do you like best about the product?
It works fast, and the new AI feature is awesome. It helps me to write emails smoothly, and sometimes it saves a lot of time by providing the structure for an email. And its really easy to use. I use Grammarly almost every day. It helped a lot during my thesis and report writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rephrasing feature should be improved. I have to use QuillBot for that. And sometimes it can't distinguish between nouns and other parts of speech. And if I ignore a change, it shows again and again after some time. It is frustrating when working with a large document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is cheap and a good solution for businesses. I am using Grammarly business for more than 3 months and no major complain yet.

I like how Grammarly Business makes helpful suggestions and detects grammar mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions do not work for the message, and it can be challenging to dismiss those suggestions.

Sentence structure and clarity, mandatory proofreading, and Knowledge Share.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
While in action writing it helps me to ensure my meaning is clear as well as correct and conveying the tone I want to- it's great when in a rush to ensure it doesn't look like I was in a rush.

Still learning all the benefits and colours, sometimes the auto change worries me as I think it's saying spelt wrong as colours similar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me time and not looking sloppy to customers. My customers are educators and react poorly to bad English and mistakes
A Face-Saving Tool and a Must for Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes quick work of proofing documents and marketing copy. It helps me avoid embarrassing mistakes, and fine-tunes my writing so that it sounds more professional or more conversational, depending on the context. I also like Grammarly's style guide and knowledgebase feature, which is useful for keeping our style consistent across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little floating green widget is sometimes tricky to use or annoying, and can take a second to get it to pause while writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofing documents and web copy can be tedious. Grammarly makes it easier.
Eye opening for my grammar mistakes and absentness of clarity in emails
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly allows me to set the tone or constantly remind me of a better option. Which I might not use at that moment, but reading those are baby steps for better writing next time. I also love the easy access to GrammarlyGO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding too much jargon for a shorter email. I would like to see more options and, at the end of some period, send me reports for the most corrected grammar or what Grammarly tricks.

Helping Bilingual Workers Thrive
What do you like best about the product?
Using Grammarly in a business mainly composed of native spanish speakers has greatly increased our efficiency and output. Newer Grammarly features, such as AI tools help us gain a competitive edge we would otherwise not have. As for its integration with our native mail client and other office tools, they have become a must. We use Grammarly Business daily and for all our ongoing tasks and projects. We started using Grammarly Business three years ago, initial implementation was a breeze and continued use has been facilitated by their great Customer Support.

You can't live without it! Seriously, it is extremely helpful to see what you otherwise would miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have native Spanish speakers in our business, but all our work is done in English. Grammarly Business helps us ensure out output is top notch. It also keep our tone even through client interactions.
