UserFriendly and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It makes me confident that I won't miss anything while typing a message to anyone. It helps to make my communication better. It teaches me in a friendly way. Your app is invisible in a good way - you don't push unuseful information or content, communication, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say. Nothing appears in my mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before - you teach me and you make me confident.
Great software for catching grammar mistakes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and how it gives suggestions to help your writing be more impactful and direct for your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations can be glitchy at times. But overall, it usually work pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves simple and more complex grammar issues when writing.
Easy to use tool to make me look better!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can type shorthand sentences, and count on Grammarly to help me make the edits I need to make before I send off whatever it is I am writing - emails, reports, speeches, etc. I use it every day. Once I loaded it, it takes care of itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be lying if at times I didn't feel it was a little intrusive - like when I am in a hurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my writing more professional regardless of the tool I am using - email, word, ppt, text, etc. It's fully integrated.
Make Writing So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a broadcasting professional, so I am fairly good at writing. However, Grammarly is great for suggesting other words and sentence edits to clarify my message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike.

Not really resolving and problems, but making my messages easier to understand.
Very helpful editing software
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly all the time for work. It really does help me write better content and often picks up typos I would have otherwise missed. I really like how it suggests alternate word choices when one word has been used too much. I use it all on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's a bug or what, but oftentimes I'll dismiss a suggestion and it will come back and I'll have to keep dismissing it. That is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps improve my writing. It tightens up sentences and reminds me not to be lazy when I write. It also catches typos I may not have caught.
New level of efficiency to writing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Grammarly is able to give an overview of an article or doc I'm working on. This instant feedback helps me to tweak articles in a more efficient manner, meaning I can work on reviewing more articles over a workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about Grammarly, but at times it tends to correct words which it believes are "incorrect" but aren't actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have to review a large number of articles, it helps me cut down the time spent on each article.
Great for a "second set of eyes"
What do you like best about the product?
Basic editing and grammar assistance. The new AI features are actually helpful in finding the gaps in my writing. It's really easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It used to glitch, but not anymore. I have NOTHING negative to say.

We are a small nonprofit. Proofreading help has always been needed. Grammarly ensures everything we send out is written professionally. Wish it could compare really long lists ...
Indispensable and timesaving tool
What do you like best about the product?
The time it saves and confidence it inspires is so valuable. The fact that I can tune it to our brand's tone and preferred language is even better. Whether writing a quick email or a blog post, Grammarly makes the process even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some instances when editing on our website, the Grammarly "G" user control is too close to the cursor and makes it difficult to select text and edit. In those instances, I'll turn it off until I'm done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It drastically reduces the amount of time it takes to edit anything we publish or send. It allows us to have a more singular voice as an organization through managing rules and tone, and as an editor, I can default to Grammarly as justification for making changes.

The most helpful aspect of Grammarly Business for me is the style guide because it helps me to stick to the brand voice of my business(es)

Sometimes, Grammarly GO has questionable suggestions that don't align with my brand's voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me polish my writing and eliminating the need to hire an editor. I'm able to improve the flow of my content.

Keeping me professional and grammatical!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly Business. It is easy to use and helps correct everything, from silly grammatical errors to things I didn't even think were wrong! I love that it suggests ways to make my emails be less wordy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here. The only adjustment I would make is that I wish it were a bit more affordable. If pricing were slightly cheaper per license, I would have it for more of my team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In marketing, it's super important that our copy is error-free and professional. Grammarly takes a lot of the legwork of proofreading out of our process so we're able to work quickly.
