What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is writing frequently for my job, and often on materials that will be public facing, having a tool that double checks my spelling and grammar is a huge help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there aren't any major complaints - sometimes the little recommendation box pops up in inconvenient places on the screen but that's my biggest complaint!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly catches grammar issues in marketing emails, social posts and other materials that I don't always have time for another colleague to proof, so having a "second set of eyes" from the tool is really valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the in-depth sentence and paragraph structural modifications. The suggestions are usually in line with what I am trying to convey. I like how it helps me with spelling and grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far I have liked it very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize speech-to-text often, and it helps me use more concise language. It also helps me with word replacement when I overuse certain words. It helps me reword my sentences to be more clear and concise or to change the tone.

Grammarly provides me with the right tools to improve my writing and make it the best post for the public.

Grammarly sometimes suggests I shorten the text even if I need to provide more context so that people will understand the message I'm trying to convey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the little, unnoticeable grammar mistakes I don't see when I write my content for the first time.
Spell check on steroids!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has an easy-to-use interface that integrates with the majority of your applications. It catches way more grammatical errors compared to Microsoft Office spell-check. But it also will help you reword your sentences and will tell you how your message comes across (formal, direct, confident, inspirational, cooperative, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish when it recommends ways to reword your sentence, that it gives you a couple of different options instead of just one. Additionally, I can not have Grammarly running when I am using one of my company's applications, but I think that's more of an issue with my company's application than Grammarly itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has several people whose first language isn't English. Since getting Grammarly our email communication has improved significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Grammarly Business gives me options. It lets me express myself. I can tailor the voice and audience of whatever I'm writing. I regularly use it on my internet browser or in Word. It's easy to use in software that isn't supported by just copying and pasting. I appreciate its availability in checking emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Grammarly Business.

I dont' always have another person around to check what I've written. Grammarly Business allows me to get a second opinion without having to wait for a human.

I love the restructuring of a sentence and the correct of grammar and spelling.

The little bulb and circle get in the way sometimes or it won't indicate any issues (grammar/spelling) when there are clear misspellings.
Also Grammarly wants to put commas everywhere. Literally before every 'and' in a sentence.

I write a lot of emails every day. These emails need to be professional and Grammarly helps with that.
A very perfect tool to enhance writing skills
What do you like best about the product?
A feature for auto-correction is very good while doing chats, email or sending text to any person or customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes time to correct the word. Although everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we are on any professional work, then we can use Grammarly to auto-correct the sentences, and the result gives a perfect look to the customer and the person.
Sanity tool for Marketing Teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps keep all the external messaging coming from other departments on-brand, on-tone, and without significant error. That ability to help keep messaging aligned without having to oversee every single piece of communication is priceless. GB definitely provides peace of mind and is so easy to integrate into your business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any generative tool, Grammarly is still learning and doesn't always make recommendations that have the best readability or voice, but it gets better with each use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep all external communication more consistent, accurate, and on-brand (and sometimes even more exciting!) without having to use additional human resources to do so. Peace of mind is priceless!

How quickly it generates new text ideas & the accuracy of improvements it provides!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pop up window is in front of my text box, but it is moveable with the premium membership.

Ensuring our copy meets branding voice guidelines and is proofread/doesn't have grammar issues.
