What do you like best about the product?
It is fantastic the features that it has and now that it has AI and the things that you can do with it, even learn English while you are typing. It is straightforward to understand and use; the download is fast and with a quick tutorial. Now, I use it daily to improve my writing; the thing I love the most is that you can use it in any application. The implementation is very easy and quick, and the customer support is fast. It can be used on any app.

The cost is kind of expensive but worth it.

It's helping me to word my sentences correctly and remove incorrect punctuation that I've never been good with using
Grammarly is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can focus on the content of whatever I'm writing (report, email, etc.) rather than punctuation and grammar. It makes compiling data easier and much faster!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is having the Grammarly icon pop up in places that interfere with what I am working on.

Increased productivity by not having to focus on mistakes in my writing while I am writing; simplifies my work experience!

A huge help for writing error free
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is a massive help in producing error-free written communication without spending a large amount of time proofreading. Grammarly reviews every business communication I write, including Slack and email. After fixing the errors that Grammarly flags, I'm confident I'm sending a message without grammatical errors. I also like its tone analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest annoyance with Grammarly is that the UI elements it inserts in text boxes can sometimes cover up the text I'm writing. Covering up the text is a particular issue in Slack. I also wonder if following Grammerly's clarity suggestions will make everyone's writing seem the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want all my communications to appear polished and error-free. With Grammarly, I can accomplish this far faster than manually proofreading.

The grammar, spelling, and tone suggestions have been a lifesaver for me in my emails and documents. I use it any time that I can.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly will make a suggestion, then I accept it but then suggest its tip. Sometimes, it makes me think it doesn't feel confident in its suggestion, and I'm a little likely to use it.

It's helping my tone and grammar sound more appropriate for my audience.
I use Grammarly on a daily basis and it makes my work and communication pretty easy.

I like the way it captures the mode and style of my email communication based on the target audience. It gives me great suggestions that I can easily adopt. It is very easy to use and easily integrates my ideas.

It is not actually a dislike but spacing issues when I include time when I schedule meetings.
