The best tool to improve your writing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like seamless integration across applications - Chrome, Outlook, Word, Teams, and everything else. Grammarly is super simple to use, is fast, and definitely improves my writing. As a not native speaker, Grammarly is a game changer and gives me more confidence in my everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found out that to get the maximum out of Grammarly in MS Word, I need to use their plug-in in the desktop app. It seems there is a difference in the quality and depth of grammar checking between the "bubble" you have available when you write anywhere else (including the web MS Word app). It would be great if the experience is the same across all apps I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-native English speaker working in a US company, I use Grammarly all the time to improve my writing. It gives me confidence when communicating with my colleagues or writing external content.

It is an awesome tool for grammar and spelling checks it is a very effective tool for communication, it has a user-friendly interface so it can have interactive user experience.

I don't think there is a dislike regarding this product because it has versatility throughout the product.it is a best product in the market for plagiarism check.

None, everything on grammarly is very useful and nothing is unlikeable. From getting suggestions to setting up your preferences

It helped me a lot in composing formal email to clients and save me time to finish any assigned task in no time.
Exceptionally useful during the copy editing and proofing process. AI ready!

Detailed proofing suggestions; smart re-phrasing; plugs directly in to Google docs which my teams use. It's incredibly easy to use, offers solid features, and I really like that there is a plug-in for AI--which I presume will continue to improve over time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little too "in your face". The red underline can be obtrusive. AI is still a work in progress. Hopefully they support ChatGPT 4+

Best Tool for Freelancers/Business
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions are actually intelligent and make the writing so much better. My emails are more concise and my blogs are more succinct with the help of Grammarly Business. Grammarly has made my writing more credible. It's definitely easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions have to be disabled because they become a distraction while writing/working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been writing better content with the help of Grammarly. The AI assistant has also been instrumental in enabling smooth transitions and providing insights within the blogs. Proofreading, revisions, and edits take very little time.
Great for Grammar, Language, and Tone - Bad for Gen AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything that Grammarly is doing. But recently in paid plans it has brought up Generative AI capabilities as well. As a Grammar tool, I want it to help improve mails and not write for me. Here's the thing, either focus on Grammar only, or if you have to do Gen AI be as good as ChatGPT or Gemini. The current solutions of Generating content are half baked, visually obstructive and are are far from perfect. The simple and effortless nature of Grammarly is being shadowed by there overwhelming desire to stay relevant. The AI and Plag checker have got from ok to bad. I know AI detection is extremely difficult, but there false positives are so high that I have stopped using entirely a while ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should focus on Grammar related work, where it behaves as a AI assistant rather than Gen AI writer. Pivoting towards having a seperate extension for Gen AI capabilities makes sense, because then if I ever feel the need I can come back to it. At the same time it will remain simple and unobstructive too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business is using Grammarly for writing content with proper Grammar and language. It helps us change the content between American and British English as well. I use Grammarly frequently for Plagiarism checking as well, but have found that to be unreliable to say the least. My use case involves using Grammatly with my browser (Brave and Chrome browser) to check language/grammar in emails, Google Docs and ensuring a neutral unbiased tone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the weekly insights that it sends out to individual users and the analytics for business teams. It has been super helpful in writing/rewriting paragraphs and updating the tone for both management and customer-facing team members in our organization.
If you or someone in your business is a customer facing, I highly recommend, and even if you're not customer-facing, it gives a lot of value while interacting internally with the staff by making it easier for everyone to understand each-other.
Overall, it has helped me improve my language and punctuation.

Great product especially for international content
What do you like best about the product?
I work with a global business that has audiences in multiple countries, it's great for keeping consistent voices and spelling for those regions and to proof your own work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues thus far, some apps can be a bit distracting with the icons (which can be turned off).

Multi-country spelling and proofreading my own work.
