What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best tools I ever used for writing, and I love its dynamic and paragraph suggestions. Also, it works in most of the browsers and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, suggested synonyms are not as per my line of thinking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly not only saves time by giving me the option to correct the words but also gives me a variety of great suggestions for good and impressive writing. Many times, when you write long paragraphs, the meaning might be different from what you thought. But Grammarly suggests this also in an innovative way so that we can write it in a good and understanding way.

I have no complaints. So far the integrations are working fine for me, that's what stands out.

It helps me with communication styles depending on my audience. It also helps me to be more concise.
Helpful App for Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and the system is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's helpful but sometimes I find the red lines annoying especially if I haven't finished writing the sentences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly misspelled words and use of commas. It's also been useful in making the tone of wiritng consistent.
Grammarly Business is the Best for Consistency AND Generative AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love the consistency for brand consistency, the writing assistant, and the general spelling and grammar check.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that sometimes it doesn't work when using Microsoft Office 360 in the web browser. It will look like it's working, but it's not catching any errors. You can put it into the Grammarly website, and it will have a ton of comments on the same information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the above. The biggest problem it's solving is proofreading my writing and knowing that my team has the tools to put their best words forward.

I cannot get it to work correctly on otter.ai and it would be really helpful on there.

What do you like best about the product?
Providing real-time spelling corrections, tone suggestions, and sentence structure recommendations ensures consistent and professional communication when messaging our customers. The snippets also save a lot of time for our entire team with being able to auto-input frequently used group or personal responses.

There is no downside with using Grammarly Business. Love it!

Grammarly Business ensures consistency and professionalism with our customer service. We love the tone recommendations, spelling corrections, and sentence structure suggestions. The snippets save us a lot of time too!

I love that I can send communications error-free with ease. The guides for not only tone but confidence are great tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes performance lags overall, however, I feel it is worth the slight delays in production.

Overall, it is correcting punctuation and grammar for me. A secondary but valuable feature is the tone/confidence tool.

Grammarly Business provides syntax support that is helpful when trying to evolve diction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Business tends to change diction inaccurately. It doesn't happen often, but enough to be noticeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping my efficiency levels. Writing emails and reports are quicker because the program quickly catches mistakes during my proofreading process.
