Corrects my writing
What do you like best about the product?
Checks my spelling and grammar. Offers synonyms for repetitive words. It even checks if my quotes and apostrophes are different styles ("straight" vs "curly") and can fix for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to ignore multiple messages because I can't set corporate tone. Also not all Grammarly suggestions are valid. Does need critical thinking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sure my writing is professional and grammatically correct. Points out passive voice.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement, scales with us as we grow and saves us from looking stupid. The software runs quietly in the background and helps us from making poor mistakes. We appreciate the new AI Features. This review was checked by Grammarly.

It can be a bit pricey when deployed at scale.

Preventing basic writing mistakes. We sometimes are using AI to help generate text. It's a helpful tool
Saves countless hours in proposal writing
What do you like best about the product?
The additional features that you get on top of the free version make it a must-have for professional proposal writing. Saves me a ton of time for the thousands of questions I interact with monthly. I ended up using it during this review posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resource-wise, it is a little heavy on the PC. Sometimes, the pop-up is difficult to locate when using it in third-party apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly for proofreading and improving poorly constructed sentences.
Good for a whole team to use and make tones consistent
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarky business is a more comprehensive business tool to make the entire teams tones are consistent, and fit more to the culture. Management and insight is also helpful to oversight the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is not cheap, and we might drop out after this year as AI alternatives are cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alternatives are equivalent. I don't see much to pay for this price to use this service.
Grammarly makes editing and proofreading doable
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly effortlessly corrects your grammar and punctuation and provides really great options to upgrade, revitalize and clarify your writing. It is great support tool to make your communications clear, professional and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the recommended changes can be outside of context or not make sense for the your communication drafts. Additionally, the Grammarly AI is still kind of difficult to use. I would like for it to be more intuitive and maybe wizard based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in marketing and it is a way to ensure that I on mark for branding, clarity and tone.
Really like the product. It saves me quite a bit when drafting emails or other docs.

It is very accurate for the most part. Catches things I wouldn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may be using it wrong but it would be nice to set a rule that say if I want it to auto-space after a period it would just do it automatically.

I have forgotten some of the rules of grammar so it helps me out.

Inaccurate or unnecessary suggestions occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time on spellchecks, sentence structure, and my overall tone. Vital aspects when interacting with users through various situations. Especially when handling over 100 conversations daily! Every interaction counts, and knowing Grammarly has my back, is very worthy.

Grammarly is a Game Changer for Communications
What do you like best about the product?
Really helps to eleveate the quality and accuracy of all communications internal and external. Also saves time and money for proofreading communications manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the omnipresent widget is a little intrusive and hard to find and disable it for mediums where I don't want it to be running, such as slack etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve communications and reduce errors in writing. Improve the quality of tone and brand voice as well.
