Makes Writing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business makes writing business emails so incredibly easy. It is easy to implement and integrates seamlessly between apps - adding the chrome extension is easy. No need for spell check, as Grammarly not only corrects spelling but helps make your writing concise and even assists in setting or changing tone. You can also save words to your dictionary that are particular to your business. I have not needed to use customer support, which I believe speaks to the product's ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! This is such a helpful tool that I use hourly to make my life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps not only with communication between peers but assists our CX team in communicating clearly with our customers.

The widget for browser sometimes turns off on its own.

Catches grammatical errors and revises my writing to be more concise.

What do you like best about the product?
I would like give some instances such as Instant auto correction, statement rephrase. It is very easy to setup the grammerly. it helps me to write email in a profound manner. I can use grammarly on different pages as well as on other tools. I use grammarly on daily bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes lot of time to analize to give the suggestion, and output. some time it stops wokring.

It correct the error in writing and helps me with the grammar
Grammarly is an amazing platform. It has allowed me to be creative, use snippets, and vocabulary.
What do you like best about the product?
The snippets are the most helpful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, everything is great about Grammarly. Sometimes the sentence structure doesn't give you the best word choice. I use it frequently. It also allows for best customer support and a large number of features. It is easy to integrate and easy to use, implementation.

Business writing, outreach, positive word usage.

Easy to use/ easy to understand/ auto-correction process and correct sentence formation.

Some times it too takes time;however, this can be resolved and improved.

I like how analytical Grammarly is. They have helped me notice things about my writing that help me find my voice. I also like how non-invasive the overall experience is
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I've never hada a problem with Grammarly's features.

The spell checker is always nice and I especially appreciate the feature that tells me my writing tone. I communicate often with internal employees and clients, so how I come across is really important to me.
Grammarly is very helpful to draft some prefessional mails.

i usually use grammarly to draft and create professional mails, I'm have to work on customer face end, and grammarly helps me a lot to create such professinal mail tones in a go..
What do you dislike about the product?
Altough, we have ChatGPT available but I use Grammarly to give my work a professional tone. No dislikes as such, But it is costly software, I recommended 2-3 of freinds, but they told that cheap solutions are available..So price factor is the only dislike here..

As I'm an IT guy, I have to do ton of tickets daily, and have to reply to customer tickets in thier freindly tone, Either its on mail or on ticket, I always use extension to modify my professional lanaguage,, It really increased my professional tone too,

Grammarly helps soften my emails, which tend to be blunt. Grammarly also helps me choose words that indicate value.

I don't need to waste time second-guessing my grammar; it is done for me. It is so easy to use.

My English is not as perfect as I thought.

My reports have fewer errors and take less time for me to complete.

It automatically pops up when I am typing on any screen to add suggestions and to proofread my work.

Not much really, the suggestions can sometimes be off but for the most part it helps.

It helps me create cold emails and my response rate is improving because of it.
