Grammarly helps me write emails to high-level executives as coherently and explicitly as possible, to help me get my point across understandably and clearly when I'm on the go and don't have as much time to tailor my emails with as much care and detail.

Sometimes, the suggestions aren't as accurate or change the intent and meaning of the wording.

It helps me write emails as professionally as possible for professional business needs.

I think that it is user friendly most of all. I like the customer support as needed as well. It uses easy language for everyone to use so that no matter who you are, it should be easy for you to use it. It helps you think and sound better on an off day.

Occasionally I receive emails stating that I am logged out or haven't used the program.

I use it for suggestions of phrases, grammar and punctuation for internal and external emails.
GrammarlyGo is a must!
What do you like best about the product?
GrammarlyGo helps me write with more confidence and accuracy. It highlights spelling and grammar errors, suggesting corrections that I might have missed otherwise. This not only improves the quality of my writing but also boosts my self-assurance. Also, I absolutely love GrammarlyGo. The generative AI is a must on my day-to-day as it saves tons of my time by refining my texts to sound more fluent and comprehensive.

There is still room for improvement regarding integration with some tools. Sometimes, Grammarly fails to work on Slack and Google Docs, for example.
