Stumbled upon Grammerly years ago and it has drastically improved my professional career.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the spell and grammar check is more robust and thorough than regular system checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ensuring it's on and the ad ons are working in various platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just the overall check and balance of spelling, tone, intent, sentences structure, etc.

Initial setup takes a bit but once you get it done it's great!

What do you like best about the product?
We love that Grammarly business covers all the folks in our organization for one low price. It catches most all spelling and grammatical issues in everything we write. Our staff use it all the time! Everything we write presents a more polished front to those we communicate with, whether writing a grant proposal or responding to an email.
I like that Grammarly prevents me from including long, wordy sentences and helps me communicate more successfully.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am having trouble opening the premium feature in Microsoft Word. I end up having to copy and paste into the online portal and then copy and paste back into my Word document. No matter what we've tried, it always reverts to this issue when I shut down my computer. But it is a minor glitch that takes an extra step. It's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly prevents me from having long involved sentences and is helping me improve the clarity of my writing. In short, I've become a better writer because of Grammarly.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps catch the simple mistakes as well as the overlooked errors. We run all of our content through Grammarly in order to prevent errors that can be discrediting. It is easy to use and essential to professional success. I appreciate the suggested edits that keep my content professional and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that Grammarly Business suggestions do not align with the message or contradict the meaning of what is trying to be conveyed. It is not as simple as accepting every suggestion, so there does require professional review of the edits. It can be frustrating when I accept the suggestions and then Grammarly suggests the previous edit. That is the only negative I have with using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product finds edits that are overlooked by a human proofer. Times where 'to' should be 'two,' or other such errors, can be an oversite when someone is proofing. Grammarly also detects sentence structure that is not fluid or does not flow well and offers additional suggestions to smooth out the content. By using this product, I ensure that the messages I am sending have the highest quality.

Sometimes Grammarly doesn't work properly on the system.

It is solving my grammatical problems in my work writing.
It's good for general purposes, it helps you a lot with the gramatical errors

It gives you synonyms when you click on a word. It catches all my typing mistakes.

Sometimes, its suggestions do not say what the original text meant, so I tend to be cautious with them.

It helps me be clearer with my sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly catches the smallest of typos and grammatical mistakes that I would have never noticed on my own. It's easy to take Grammarly for granted unless you start noticing the embarrassment you would have suffered from had it not been for Grammarly's timely intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent unsolicited suggestions to enable Grammarly extension at the start of a new session, even when I have explicitly turned it off, is very annoying. Writers need long hours of distraction-free sessions, and Grammarly ruins it in the guise of being helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Grammarly for ages as my proofreading online editor after I finish working on a writing draft. I used to think that my trained eyes as a writer and editor would have covered any grammatical mistakes and/or other errors. But more often than not, Grammarly surprises me with all the errors it underlines as soon as I enable it. It's a life-saver!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that grammarly gives you a lot of different options when rephrasing words and sentences. Grammarly is so easy to use and helps on every level of customer support. I use grammarly all day long while typing emails, chats, and sending coaching conversations.

There is not one thing I can say that is negative about grammarly

Grammarly helps me to ensure I am promoting a positive and yet still professional message every time I type something.

After writing a document, I use the "Improve It" function to enhance and professionalize the content. I'm generally pleased with the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the system will give me a suggestion on a change that is not correct.

The AI Writing Assistant has helped me expand my vocabulary and make my business communications sound more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the fact that it knows what I want to say before I do. It helps me better write emails without being too rough and even makes my copywriting better. I Really like the fact that is there at all times so I don't have a chance to make mistakes. Since I started using it every day, life has gotten way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the only downside I could find to Grammarly Business, is that it corrects my writing even when I am chanign the tone and voice on my writing.

I know that I sometimes I have issues with proofreading my work, and I has proven to be very helpful. I am no longer being asked to better proofread what I write.
