Grammarly for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been a phenomenal resource and tool we utilize to not only complete daily tasks required as part of our roles but also to assist the participants in our employment development program with each component of job readiness (resumes, applications, interviewing/assessment training, etc.). Grammarly supports our initiatives and team goals daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that has not been helpful, although I know we primarily utilize the Google Suite for everything so it makes utilizing Grammarly's services easy, however, I am not sure if that would translate into other businesses/corporations that do not utilize Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly ensures our program participants' information and narratives within their resumes/applications are accurate and easy to read, helping to secure jobs and, in turn, enabling our team to meet or exceed department goals.
Simplify your writing and avoid dumb mistakes.
What do you like best about the product?
Often my mind runs faster than my fingers, and I make dumb writing mistakes. Grammarly is my fast and faithful editor. At the same time, Grammarly is checking that business writing is crisp and to the point. Most of the time, I use its suggestions to clean up my wording so it is simpler and to the point.
In addition, this tool works across all platforms. In fact, it is helping me now on this web page in addition to Word, email, chart or any other text-based application.

What do you dislike about the product?
In very large documents that were not created while using Grammarly, it can overwhelm you with suggestions and may slow down your word processing. Although it is easy to disable for an hour if you just want to move ahead with the document as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am way more confident that any correspondence I send to customers is easy to read and grammatically accurate. Simple mistakes can make your customers question your abilities.
A Fantastic Tool for all departments
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is so easy to use. Not only can you use it in your Microsoft suite but in your browser as well. With access to more and more web-based applications, this is key to more fluid QC of spelling and grammar. I also love the number of features and the ease of integration. The Grammarly portal is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's improving our spelling and grammar and eliminating errors in our customer-facing work.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that it does catch some mistakes that I make. I am a very strong writer, but I like how it tells me my tone and how to change my tone. I also appreciate it when I make a dumb mistake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammerly seems to be very comma happy! I like commas a lot too, but the number of comma reccomendations is silly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me proofread.

What do you like best about the product?
New AI driven "Improve" feature where upon clicking the pencil icon it gives various recommendations on the selection section of the paragraph.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to my mind to be honest. Team's Email communication has really improved after using grammerly. I can really see the difference the way team communicates with internal as well as external stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier team's email writing skills have really improved after using grammerly. I can clearly see the difference and have received feedback from colleagues that team's communication has improved.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides tools that are so helpful in terms of my writing. It is so good to have Grammarly Business as your writing partner. It is easy to use, it is readily available to most of the platforms I'm using, and the installation is just walking in a park. The best tool ever and support you can get if you have questions. I use it all the time, and makes my writing like a pro.

None I can think of. This tool is amazing.

My grammar went from rookie to pro. I just loving this tool.
Great, if you have absolutely zero appreciation for the beautiful music of the English language.
What do you like best about the product?
I suppose I appreciate the harder-to-miss underlining when I do make a mistake, but this is increasingly becoming an out-of-the-box feature for most browsers and operating systems and, therefore, makes an odd case when it comes to recommending an add-on. I had nothing to do with its implementation, but I have never heard a complaint, internally. I use it frequently, but only because it came preloaded on the machine I was given for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I suppose the state of modern reading comprehension may have reached a point where we are only allowed to write in sentences that chimpanzees can diagram, I actively resent each and every suggestion written by Grammarly tailor-made to reduce and remove any and all flourish or style from writing. The human anxiety about our eventual AI replacement is likely rooted in the fact that we have spent so much of the dot-com age attempting to render real, live human beings into easily quantified data points communicating in a manner that more resembles mass production than the exciting web of the modern English language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I suppose it's solving the fundamental issue of reading and writing becoming so deprioritized in schools that the modern workforce can only communicate in the proto-speak of internet lingo; I don't know which issue it's solving for the literate, however, other than making them sound increasingly more alike to one another.

Grammarly allows me to send an email, business report, or any other form of written communication confidently. I know that anything I write will be correct after I have completed my Grammarly edits. Grammarly is easy to use with several beneficial features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides to Grammarly Business.

Grammarly creates confident employees, myself included.

Solving spelling, grammar, and content problems makes me look competent.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly helps me in my day to day writing in both email and documentation formats. Pointing out where my mistakes are at in a helpful way serves as an active feedback loop; so much so that I try hard to apply the feedback to avoid making similar mistakes in the future. The email summaries on my top "tones" is also great to give feedback on my communication style.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions can be circular, taking the suggested changes just to revert them. The icon can also be a bit distracting when analyzing the writing, but not overwhelming by any means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammerly helps the most in my documentation of processes. I write a lot of internal documentation to help our business teams, so being clear and concise is important. Grammarly helps me to make sure my writing makes sense to everyone.
