A great resource!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the suggestions and that you can set up many features about the language, tone and other things for every document or project and write them according your needs. I used it every day of my work life. It has smooth and help me to improve my written and punctuation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restrictions. I've like it could be available for so many applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sometimes I missed type words or Im writing too fast and this tool corrects my words/sentences. Practically, I learn with this and it's become essential for my role. I literally can't live without grammarly at work.

What do you like best about the product?
Having Grammarly Business is like having a second opinion. As a communications professional, my typical day consists of writing and editing so it does help to get technical support from an app like Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to kill the unique style of my voice.

It catches awkward phrasing and makes sentences more concise.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps to streamline my writing process by making easy-to-implement suggestions for tone, style, and brevity. I especially like that I can add my company's style guide to its suggestions.
More effective communication
What do you like best about the product?
Reminds me to stay within house style for our company. Simplifies my convoluted sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't see much point in weekly updates on how I'm doing -- like a school report!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remaining in house style which other employees appreciate as we are selling a brand
Wonderful Helper
What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes, emails are hard. Whether you are having to send a difficult email or you are just having trouble with wording a particular sentence. Grammerly to the rescue! They make it Easy To Use, and the ease of integration in my software was amazing! I find myself just checking what Grammarly thinks about the email, ease of reading, style, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about this product at the time of writing the review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping to ensure my tone is correct in the email I am writing. It is also making me aware of different writing styles. I am always looking for ways to improve and try to be very aware of not "writing, like I am talking in person to someone".

It provides a lot of good suggestions and helped improve some bad habits in word choices or phrases I'd typically use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the text scanning is a little slow, and it requires a lot of memory which slows my computer down.

Proofreads emails and helps improve communication to be clear and concise for the recipients.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, provides simple solutions to improve clarity and fix common grammar mistakes. There are a plethora of features that I use frequently in correspondence, both internally among peers and externally with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that my use of commas is not always grammatically correct (i.e. oxford commas), and I get suggestions for correction more than I'd like.

Eliminating common grammar errors and bringing our team together for focused and streamlined responses to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has helped me with grammar with creating email campaigns and deleloping content for podcasts and social media. I love how easy it is to use and navigate. It has definitely been a game changer helping to level up excellence in our company outputs.

The only downside I've had has been sometimes I've needed to refresh the page in the moment with changes but that might also be an internet connection issue.

Helping with ease of reading for content, improving quality of outputs and readability

What is most helpful is likely the sentence recommendations. It helps me sound the way I want to sound, and allows me to change the tone in a few clicks. Honestly love the entire thing.

Nothing that I can think of! I use it every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me sound more professional, or more casual depending on the intent of my copy.
Grammarly assists me daily. I appreciate that.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me create more concise language, daily. Commas and spelling have never been my strong point. So I can create a communication, quickly edit it based on Grammarly suggestions, and get it out the door faster. It easily integrates into Word, Outlook, Online forms (like this one!), and other software platforms to monitor and correct writing errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are terms in our industry that have no substitute. Grammarly will consistently flag these terms to diversify the language used. It would be great to have an index of industry terms so Grammarly bypasses this editing issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Assistant Manager was a great editor! When he left our agency, I was not able to hire a replacement. I do a lot of writing for grants, presentations, and publications. I naturally write in a passive voice. Grammarly has trained me to use the active voice which is much more clear. It also suggests restructuring a sentence resulting in more concise language. Aside from solving my spelling and my ongoing comma issues, these are the main benefits.
