Mostly good
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me better my grammar. I also like the weekly stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions don't make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me send emails that are more to the point and grammatically correct.
A MUST for business setting
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the core functions like correcting grammatical errors, suggesting re-writing for clarity. I like the suggestion for the tone of the texts. Our company has set the techniques that we should use when writing emails. For example, our company has developed the style of the emails to be confident and friendly, so Grammarly Business always suggests ways to re-write them to be more confident and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions Grammarly Business provide is not actually accurate. For example, I am writing with specific terms in a business setting, but Grammarly will suggest a different term, thinking my words are inaccurate. But overall, it is not a huge issue, as I can dismiss those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly me proofread and help improve my writing. One thing I need is assistance with spelling errors or grammatical errors before sending the emails, and sometimes I can't catch them all by proofreading myself. Hence, it is great to know I have the extra assurance to help catch my mistakes. Another thing is that sometimes I don't know how to write something well, but with Grammly Business, I can start writing freely whatever I want to write because I know Grammly can help me rewrite the paragraph in a way that flows well.

What do you like best about the product?
I read documents daily and not only does it help me catch errors tired eyes might miss, but it also helps me set the tone of emails. I use Grammarly daily to help in all areas of my written work and love how it seamlessly works with my gmail and word and google documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the recommendations aren't always correlated to what I'm trying to achieve as it may be engineering or tech world-related and isn't always seen as grammatically correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've encouraged my company as a whole to use Grammarly, which has resulted in less typos and grammatical mistakes.

Licensing price for Brazil, including the version for personal use

I'm a non-native speaker and Grammarly helps me a lot in my daily writing activities
Can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up! It was super beneficial, improved my writing, and even helped with copy! The cx had fewer to none grammar mistakes and was able to have the same brand tone. Multiple departments are able to use it. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while the icon for my widget blocks the word, I'm typing. I'm sure I can edit this function but haven't looked into it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving grammar errors for the cx team. It helps change the tone of a message, it so easy to use with the click of a button and when I get stuck on what to say it helps me with a few suggestions.
It makes my daily responsibilities so much more tolerable!

Its intuitive, and it learns my writing style. It does not take much time to learn how to use it at all.
I use it everyday and in every document i write for my job.
I am particularly impressed with the number of grammar-related features we can access.
Lastly, it integrates seamlessly with my Google docs and offline Microsoft Word apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
It restores certain vernacular words to the nearest American/UK word, which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write >20 pages a day, Grammarly Business helps me keep my writing standards high even if I miss out on certain grammar rules or the quality of my writing dips.

The overwhelming underlining can be a little much at times

It is super helpful to be able to write and have grammarly check
Perfect service for editing as you write and/or reviewing your work when you're finished.
What do you like best about the product?
I like having Grammarly edit my work as I'm typing in the case of emails or online forms. And for writing that takes longer, I really love having Grammarly recommend fixes and explain to me the reasoning behind those fixes so I can continue improving as a writer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the green loading circle that appears in text boxes. It occasionally covers up buttons I need to access or it covers up other icons from other add-ons I use, such as username/password fillers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my company's small writing team speed up our writing and editing processes, saving us time and energy AND it helps us publish the highest quality writing possible.
Good product, works in the background
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is always on for me and pairs well with anything I'm doing - whether it's email, Slack, working in Google Docs, etc. While I consider myself pretty professional in terms of writing, Grammarly helps take writing to the next level and offers corrections that add a nice touch to customer communication. I find it more useful for formal communication (compared to informal). It works quietly in the background and looks like a spellcheck - so it's easy to accept a suggestion or ignore it. My colleagues and I have had fun in the past comparing the summary of our writing styles/tone that Grammarly sends out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Grammarly popup is meant to be unobtrusive, but occasionally gets in the way when I'm working on smaller fields (e.g., short, one-liner freetext boxes). It can be a bit of a hassle to move this around and I've occasionally had to quit out of the app to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acts as an additional spellcheck and will help to rephrase convoluted sentences.
Great for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to establish a brand voice and tone and then effortlessly ensure that everyone adheres to it. Personally, Grammarly has helped me maintain proper grammar and write in an active voice. Great desktop app and an even better extension that makes Grammarly accessible everywhere. It's super easy to use!

No dislikes - Grammarly has been a game-changer for us.
