What do you like best about the product?
Creating Brand Tones and directly focusing on how our business is represented and streamlined with all Microsoft products is essential! It was easy to implement and integrate with the users, we wanted to have access. We have about 80% of our teams using it daily.

With many employees where English is not the primary language, this educates and brings confidence to the users and, from that, the public! Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The little bubble can be pretty frustrating at times. It took us a long time to learn that it was a movable widget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to have clear sentences and fewer spelling challenges has made a big difference.

An Indispensable Tool:

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes me a better writer. Period. I always knew I could benefit from a robust nudge when composing email messages; as a trilingual person, I often made mistakes with prepositions, and my turns of phrase frequently borrowed from Spanish and French, sounding rough in English. Grammarly changed me. By catching these issues and immediately correcting them, I've changed as a writer. Over time, I have learned by leaps and bounds, and I have noticed that my writing has improved due to this word-by-word monitoring of my writing effort. The product allows me to easily make corrections by just clicking once to accept or to add an unknown term to my dictionary. It frequently offers different options to adjust my writing, allowing me to edit faster and arrive at what I am trying to communicate faster and more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the corrections I receive from Grammarly change the meaning I am seeking to convey, so I have to be on my toes to pay attention to the text I generate and not just follow the AI blindly. I think this is a good feature because it forces me to increase my awareness and remain close to the intent of my message rather than the correct arrangement of words on a page from merely a logical point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to communicate with clarity faster, increasing my productivity. It is also improving writing skills through repeated use over time. I spend less time conceiving my communications and more time editing as a result of the ease of use of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I rely on Grammarly Business every day, and it's such a helpful companion for me across all the apps I use at work. Every knowledge worker should be using Grammarly. It helps me catch embarrassing typos in emails and Slack messages, and I love leaning on it to keep my tone and writing clarity in check.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Grammarly, I'm always impressed to see the latest features and how user-friendly this tool is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps catch most, if not all, typos in my writing. It's a great safety net when communicating with coworkers and gives me more confidence in my writing to ensure my message is clear and concise.

Nothing. This tool is a MUST! I don't dislike a single thing!
