Great Writing Aid, But Recent Updates Complicate Corrections
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is one of the best platforms for everyone because it can be easily integrated into any system or smartphone. The best part is that it helps me improve my writing skills in my daily work at the company. When I have to work on an FRS document, Grammarly helps me organize it properly and suggests corrections for any syntax mistakes I make.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I’m writing and make a grammar or spelling mistake, Grammarly suggests the correction. Earlier, I could just click to fix it directly, but now it doesn’t update automatically. Instead, I have to open a popup and then apply the update, which makes the process a bit complicated for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly currently helps me with my daily work at my company. For example, when I’m working on tasks like FRS documents or making modifications, it provides suggestions for my paragraphs and wording. It also helps me catch spelling and grammar mistakes, or any other writing issues. When I submit my work for review by senior team members, Grammarly helps improve the quality of my writing and saves me time by reducing the need to verify my document through other tools—everything is handled directly through the Grammarly extension.
Loyal User, Great Value for Enhancing Professional Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Grammarly for almost two to three years, primarily for improving my grammar skills, which greatly benefits me in the professional field. I discovered Grammarly through a YouTube ad, found it very useful, and decided to subscribe. The user interface is incredibly easy and simple to use, even for those not well-versed in technology, making setup a breeze. Grammarly helps me enhance my English vocabulary, correct grammatical errors, and improve my professional language skills, which are crucial because language matters a lot in professional settings. Grammarly's integration capabilities are mature and effective, allowing seamless use when writing emails. I also appreciate Grammarly's cost-effectiveness, as it's quite economical and accessible for many. Furthermore, I love that the interface is simple, clean, and promising. Importantly, Grammarly consistently updates its features, listens to feedback, and improves any found errors, which is a trait I highly value in a company. Because of these attributes, I am likely to purchase it again and recommend it enthusiastically to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Grammarly; it is very clean and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly improves my grammar and vocabulary, aiding my professional communication. It detects errors, ensuring clarity in emails, which is vital in the professional field.
Game-Changing Free App with Versatile Features, But Paywall Limits Extra Edits
What do you like best about the product?
This app is truly a game changer. First of all, it offers many benefits such as grammar and punctuation correction, as well as the ability to rephrase sentences in different styles like formal, professional, or casual. Another great advantage is that it can be used for free, and it can also be integrated into both mobile phones and websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever we try to make additional changes, the system prompts us to pay. Beyond that, I don't have much else to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several issues, including spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, problems with sentence formation, and more.
Essential for Students, Though Sometimes Over-Suggestive
What do you like best about the product?
As a college student, I rely on Grammarly frequently for composing emails and preparing other professional documents like cover letters. It streamlines my workflow and makes the entire process much smoother. It is easy to integrate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly provides helpful suggestions, which I appreciate, but at times it tends to over-suggest, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, that's really the only downside I've found to using Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me express my ideas more clearly and confidently, while also reducing the chance of misinterpretation.
Great Writing assistant for daily business use
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly both as a browser extension and as a Windows app, and it works like a charm. What I like most is that it highlights my grammatical errors as I type, which saves me time since I used to check for mistakes only after finishing my content. Its integration with Slack and Microsoft Teams is also excellent. Now, I don't have to worry about grammatical errors in any formal messages I send to my superiors on Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I find a bit annoying is that it sometimes makes my informal or casual messages sound too formal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sometimes work as a software developer and also take on freelance projects. When I draft emails or communicate with clients and superiors at work, Grammarly proves to be very useful. It provides real-time spell checks and suggestions, which saves me time compared to relying on ChatGPT for everything.
Excellent Features and Support, But Pro Version Is Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly extensively and really appreciate its features. It’s easy to use and simple to integrate into any system through its extension. Grammarly helps me work more effectively and accurately in my company tasks. It integrates smoothly with both Windows and Mac systems, allowing you to easily identify syntax errors and correct specific words through its website or extension. Additionally, its step-by-step guidance and responsive customer support have been very helpful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike a few things about Grammarly. The free version is very limited, and the premium version is quite expensive. For example, when I check a whole paragraph, the free version only allows one or two corrections. But when I actually need it, the limit has already expired, which makes things difficult for me. Sometimes, the extension also doesn’t work properly — it shows the correct suggestion at first, but when I click to apply it, nothing gets updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me improve my grammar skills and solve related problems. When I create documents or write any content, it helps me identify errors in words or syntax one by one and suggests corrections. This makes my work more effective and improves the quality and presentation of my documents. Using Grammarly in my company work saves me time in identifying mistakes in text or documents and increases the accuracy of my tasks.
Natural, Seamless Suggestions—But Occasionally Overzealous Edits
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Grammarly is that, even though it has become an AI platform, I never really noticed that there was AI working behind the scenes. It never feels artificial—the content suggestions always sound natural and familiar to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it suggests unnecessary changes in the text, which can be quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student, I have to write a lot of emails, messages, and presentations. I don't want to spend too much time checking my grammar and punctuation, and this has really helped me with that.
Boosts Confidence in Writing, but the Free Tier Could Be More Robust
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Grammarly for around three to four years, and I find it to be a very helpful tool, especially for correcting my grammar and making writing emails easy. The Grammarly keyboard app stands out for its ability to structure sentences better and improve my English grammar, which I appreciate. It's been my first experience using such a software, and I have enjoyed how it integrates seamlessly with my mobile device, especially since I initially did not have a laptop or computer. I particularly value how Grammarly suggests corrections rather than autocorrecting, which allows me to maintain the original sentiment of my writing. The software integrates well with platforms like Google Docs, emails, PDFs, and WhatsApp, making it highly versatile for academic and personal use. Security is a significant concern for me, and I trust Grammarly because it ensures data is local and protected, unlike other AI tools that share data outside. This trust, combined with its ease of use and ability to enhance my confidence in communication, makes Grammarly an invaluable asset. I feel more confident and secure about my language skills, and I continue to recommend Grammarly to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that over time, Grammarly has become highly reliant on a payment setting, which makes the free tier less useful than it initially was. This shift towards monetization feels like a limitation, reducing the utility of the free version. Additionally, I wish Grammarly had a contextual memory feature to recognize when I intentionally use incorrect grammar, like when cracking a joke on WhatsApp. It currently lacks the ability to differentiate between intentional informal usage and genuine errors, which would otherwise make it a more rounded companion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Grammarly corrects my grammar, enhances sentence structure, and contextualizes communication, making it more professional. It integrates well with my devices, boosting my confidence in writing. I trust its local data security, unlike other AI tools.
Real-Time Suggestions Make Writing Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly giving suggestions while typing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly suggestions dose not comply industry compliances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smart tool for writing Clearly and Confidently
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is that it helps me write with more clarity and confidence by catching grammar, spelling, and tone issues in real time without changing my natural writing style. It feels like having a smart assistant that quietly refines my words, making my communication more professional and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly is that it sometimes gives overly strict or generic suggestions that don’t fit the context or tone I want to maintain. At times, it can make creative or conversational writing sound too formal or mechanical, so I have to double-check and decide which suggestions to keep or ignore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me avoid grammar and spelling mistakes, improves sentence clarity, and ensures the tone of my writing matches the situation—whether it’s formal, friendly, or professional. It saves time by catching small errors I might miss and helps me communicate ideas more confidently and effectively in both personal and work-related writing.
