The Ultimate Grammar Correction Tool: My Experience with Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Grammarly Premium is worth it. When responding to customer inquiries or providing support, it's essential to maintain professionalism and clarity, and Grammarly helps with this. It writes well-written responses, reducing misunderstandings and improving the customer experience.
Rephrasing sentences has also been super helpful in my work and personal environment to sound more like a native speaker.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some issues when working on slack with Grammarly, where instead of correcting the right word, it adds the text at the end of the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with client. Its quite important to communicate clearly in a work environment, and Grammarly has been super helpful with this.

Helpful Tool to Improve Written Communication at Work
What do you like best about the product?
It catches minor typos or grammatical mistakes as I write. Quickly fixes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little blue button can glitch– sometimes when I click on a suggestion it doesn't work, or it has a lag in where it's recommending edits. The blue button also gets in the way sometimes.

Reminds me to slow down and double-check my written communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Grammarly Business for a few weeks. It has helped me speed up my proofing of emails and fundraising proposals. I've also been experimenting with the features that suggest new tones for my writing. It's extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't elect to use all suggested changes from Grammarly, but I appreciate being able to quickly scan options before I finalize my communications.

I appreciate the real-time spell-checking and grammar suggestions as I type.
Crucial for my work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly is so easy to use. The Chrome extension is great because I don't have to visit the website to have grammar proofing done; it's always right there ready for me to use on any webpage, email, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think I'm better at writing than I am and Grammarly humbles me. Haha!

My work requires precise grammar and sentence structure. I deal with high-profile donors and many businesses that donate to our organization. A spelling/grammar error is VERY embarrassing in my line of work!
Saves me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I do not have to overthink how to compose, spell, etc as I have so much to do, and not a lot of time to do it. Grammarly Business does it all for me. The number of features are outstanding and I am still learning how to use them to my benefit.

I do not have any negative things to say about Grammarly Business

My daily messages, texts are a breeze now that I do not have to constantly fact check myself before I send them. Grammarly Business does it all for me.

That it doesn't work in all applications on my Mac, the iOS keyboard feels a little clunky but does a decent job.

The tool helps me write very complex documents and make them polished for a large audience. Grammarly. I love this tool as it helps me ensure that I excel at written communications.

None at all. It prices me what I need. This is a superb tool.
