As a seasoned technical editor, I recommend it to everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly finds standard American English errors and omissions so it is useful for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly does not include the 48 Global English Rules and I have addressed this with you before. These days every company has their own version of Global English instead of using the 48 rules in John Kohl's book that were once a part of Acrolinx software. Including some Global English rules would further improve this valuable software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When my writers use Grammarly, I don't have to worry about typos and other obvious English errors so I can focus on other things.
If my writers content is in Confluence, I don't have to worry about typos.
If my writers content is in DiTA, Grammarly doesn't work so I have to check for typos.

Its been very useful in editing my sentences and making me sound professional.

I like that it edits my sentences to reflect a more professional tone. It's also easy to use.

Some grammar options are personable when it shouldn't be.

It's solving my grammar problem and it benefits me by making me sound professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business has the ability to draft, edit, and write with ease under the pressure of limited resources. For a nonprofit in particular where funding is not earmarked for tech, the donated business level is a game changer for the people we serve and helps us amplify our impact. We can set Brand tone and define frequently-used terms, ease of use and integration, with multiple features, are factors that facilitate adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icon sometimes can hover over words you're trying to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more efficient and effective, rewriting for a specific tone or clarity, and reducing errors are critical to daily communication.

My team and I find that it greatly assists our communication efforts by ensuring that our messages are delivered with the intended impact on the recipient.
The customer support is fantastic they are always there to help you with anything.
My English is not fluent, and Grammarly helps me ensure that my communication with the vendors can be understood without any problem since without the help of Grammarly Business, this would be impossible.

As English is not my first language, I strive to communicate as effectively as possible. This is also the case with my team, as some members are more comfortable speaking Spanish due to their limited fluency in English.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been so easy to use in my normal workflow. Some plug-ins and apps have a learning curve and take time to get used to. Grammarly is intuitive, customizable, and simple. I use it every single day!
I haven't needed any customer support because of how easy it is to implement into any project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly's suggestions are off. Sometimes WAY off. But, they are only suggestions, so you can easily dismiss them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is a TIME SAVER! Seriously. It catches things I didn't even realize I typed or missed. When I need to sound professional, accurate, and competent, Grammarly has my back. Even while typing this, Grammarly let me know I had an unnecessary comma in the second sentence.

No offline mode, sometimes it requires to edit something in offline mode where it lags

A lot,mainly articulation of sentences in a right manner. Showing the errors and the improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily. I love that it helps my correspondence with donors and other colleagues. Also, I can set goals for how I want to sound in my correspondence. I make social media posts for my organization, so this tool gives me confidence that I am writing well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to integrate it into Word. Not sure if that's possible at all.

Accurate punctuation, grammar, syntax, etc.
