A great helper but nothing compared to human knowledge.

Implementation: it dislikes writer voice.

It helps to make my writing more accurate, concise, and professional.

Its desktop-based app is less accurate than the formerly available plug-ins for Outlook and Word. Additionally, it often does not provide correct suggestions when reviewing bullets or numbered lists, especially in OneNote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The accuracy of written content. It dramatically reduces proofreading time, especially in smaller documents, emails, and messages.

What do you like best about the product?
As a bilingual copywriter, Grammarly Business has been extremely useful to hone my copywriting skills, and I use it every day. It has helped refine my style, and I learn with each suggestion. I like how GB explains the suggestion so you can understand the reason behind it, and next time, you can anticipate it. Another helpful feature is the integration with my mobile apps. I can check and edit my SMS, WhatsApp, Teams, and Messenger communications before sending. Implementation was straightforward, since my documents are stored in the cloud, I can access them from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, GB doesn't work in every app. I use Mozilla's Thunderbird as my email client, and GB won't work with it. I still check and format my emails with GB desktop, but it's an extra step that I could avoid if it worked with the email client.
The same applies to Google Slides and Sheets. GB won't work on those platforms.
I contacted customer support about these apps/platforms, and I was told they're working to make it more compatible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking my grammar, of course. Refining my style and helping me deliver clear and concise pieces. Also, my English has improved drastically. Grammarly helps me understand the corrections to my writing, and that allows me to take creative decisions too.

It's allowing me to write clear and concise emails and reports in a fraction of the time it would normally take.
Grammerly is a great resource to use when i have to send emails to other organizations

It helps with wording emails professionally and creating event documents

The button is always in the way on the screen with the grammerly extension toggled on and i constantly have to move it from where i am typing

Grammarly has changed the way I write by offering real time suggestions and corrections. I feel confident when I hit "send" on an email or write a letter. Implementation is easy and I use it across multiple platforms. I use it daily for all my business writing.

Grammarly will offer suggestions that are not right for the tone of the email, or sentence structure.

Professional wording
What do you like best about the product?
it has been correcting many missing or errored wording in my emails, and it makes my communication better

No AI function embedded. If Grammarly could suggest any wording based on the situation, it would be great.

it is very easy to use in Window environment and user friendly. In many cased, when it's urgent, there is many typo and missing words in the emails and Grammarly is catching them out all .

I love receiving a report from my teams Grammarly usage. It is very easy to use and implement into emails, documents, etc. We use is everyday!

I would like to have more tones to determine our voice.
