Easy to use and helpful for email correspondence with external partners
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and I don't have to think about how to use it when writing. It helps maintain accuracy and tone. I use it daily in communications and feel my communication and conciseness has improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It conflicts with other autocorrect/review programs on my specific computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conciseness and tone within email correspondence with external partners is helping get my points across clearly and efficiently within written communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a job, adding commas and highlighting my spelling mistakes. It sometimes recommends how to change the structure of a sentence which I find a little less helpful, but it does make me rethink how I should be communicating things on occasion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, even though there's a spelling error, and I click to update it, it doesn't reflect on the document

To quickly and efficiently write emails to clients and internal communications I use Grammarly to help with my spellcheck and grammar.

Grammarly has given my emails a more professional and direct approach. Most of their recommendations are helpful. Grammarly is easy to use, and I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly will share the same recommendation after I've already dismissed it, which can be frustrating.

Grammarly has helped make emails more direct and professional.
Grammarly Business Works Well
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly Business really offers worthwhile ways to rephrase things more efficiently. I have it plugged into all my programs, so I can also use this feature as often as i wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when you deleted one suggested edit, it would delight all suggested edits that are the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me add in commas and other grammar that can easily get missed.
So much less time spent on writing emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tone indicators. It is the thing that I struggle with the most when writing emails. I also tend to overcomplicate my emails, so it is great to have it suggest ways to clarify my sentences.
I also like the part of the email that shows the trends in my tones each week. Because it helps me know if I am accomplishing the tones I am hoping to have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are not helpful. They don't suggest what I am actually trying to say. Also the emails about the use of Grammarly compared to other Grammarly users is not helpful because it seems like it includes a lot of inactive members. I think the stats become meaningless at that point.

Really good to have for buisness
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they can help fix my emails; my writing has improved. Just by the corrections, I know when to add the correct grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I try to type, but the suggestion box gets in the way. I wish there were more options for how you want to write.

Good product on the way to great as it continuously evolves
What do you like best about the product?
Outlooks is where I use Grammarly the most by far. I send/respond to 20-100 emails depending on the day, and the tool saves me time and puts me at ease about the quality of my writing. It's almost like a quality assurance check at the end of every email. The AI features seem very promising and I can already see improvements since they were first launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does seem to slow down my computer quite a bit. It's a shame, and I hope they improve this. I've had to deactivate it in a lot of other apps where I don't use it much and that seems to have helped.

Saves me time composing and proofreading emails, makes me look like a good writer!

What do you like best about the product?
It is an indispensable tool for business professionals. It has helped me elevate my communication skills and become more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is its inconsistency with other tools that are built into office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.

The best app I didn't know I needed!
What do you like best about the product?
I can focus on saying what needs to be said and less about where I should have a comma. It is so helpful when I need a quick way to say something differently. When you are moving quickly sometimes there is a more simple way to say things and Grammarly helps me with this daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I even remotely disliked is that I have a standard footer on my emails and it wants to correct tiny little things on it that I do not want to change. But it wants to correct them in every email. It's not a big deal at all. But at first I wanted to look at every single suggestion because I was so excited about this app!
