Absolutely love it, doubles my efficiency and lets me power through!
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions and feedback levels are highly customizable. I can also establish brand standards to support my team to improve the tone of their writing and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to toggle between USA and UK English easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me target the level, complexity, and tone of my writing. It also helps with spotting small errors.

I am not a native English speaker so this tool improves my emails and messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the G icon (button) shows up in the middle of sentence where I have to move, so it is sometimes irritating.

The email checker jumps around on the screen in a long email thread.

AI writing assistant has helped a lot with shortening content yet still getting the point across. Proofreading is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that our company is able to integrate certain company-specific language into GB so that we are better equipped to communicate on all fronts and with all stakeholders using one unified voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions offered are not appropriate for the context or audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GB helps me communicate with customers from a Customer Support role using company-wide language. It offers suggestions that can help me use a more fitting tone in certain situations. I also love using Snippets to embed information and links that I share frequently.

Steers me away from passive voice and enforces me to ensure my language is clear especially in external communications

Sometimes when I accept the suggestions from Grammarly they do not take and I have to reload my page.

As I am new to my role, Grammarly has helped me gain confidence in my writing and emails to seem both professional and accessable.

It's also very accurate, and most of all, easy to use, no extra steps or tools are needed after installation. I don't have to spend countless hours re-reviewing large documents.

the pop up sometimes can get in the way of review items but it can be moved.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Grammarly has changed the way I think and write. As someone who struggles with spelling, grammar, and content at times, this tool has made me much more confident!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the stats you send with mastery info, but often I wonder how you got to that percentage. Other than googling it, you cannot figure out how you rated me at 78% more productive than other users - put your logic where folks can find it.

Spelling errors, grammar errors. Love the tone!
