Great tool to double check your work and make you a more efficient writer!
What do you like best about the product?
How the extension makes it work across all apps!
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes suggests too many things that aren't grammatical errors but instead suggestions to be more concise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Grammarly has allowed me to double-check my work faster and move on more quickly to the next task.
Creates Clarity and Consistence
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set brand standards to adapt how corrections are made to my specific organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be glitchy when used in the browser. Occasionally, when I accept edits, it will throw my formatting off a remove characters/words unrelated to the accepted edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me ensure my writing is clear and free of errors before grant submissions.
It's a great tool to revise all sorts of text
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful as a second eye when I have long messages or documents and, when applicable, also super useful to keep my messages on brand, even matching the tone. It's also easy to integrate; it can check messages in a browser, in your emails, or in a document, so it's easy to use across most tools. When working, I use it daily, whether I'm writing copy, a board document, or an email; it's an indispensable tool for me and makes my writing better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that not all the suggestions Grammarly makes are useful, or they would change the meaning of your sentence relative to the rest of the message, so you need to be able to choose your edits well to really get the most out of Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to write a lot of different kinds of things for work, and I don't often have a second eye to give feedback or make sure the message is clear, so Grammarly helps my writing come across as polished and intentional. I always appreciate that is gives me insight into whether my tone if formal, friendly, informative etc., so I can make sure my message will come across how I want it to I also appreciate the feature that helps me keep my brand tone where I need it. It's really a supportive writing tool. I also like that I can save snippets of often-used text.
Grammarly meets me where I am.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is the editor I have always needed in my back pocket. Whether on a communications platform or the web, it meets me where I am. I have always had a tone challenge as a highly technical person. I try to keep it neutral, but that doesn't always translate. I can now pick my tone right where I am without copying and pasting activities. This post was edited by Grammarly tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the plug-in is too helpful and gets in the way of what I am doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a highly technical person, and the primary activity Grammarly is helping is with Tone. Second, our organization has specific ways certain words are used and the style guides are a big help with that when producing lots of documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Grammarly business is that it always tells me the tone of my email, and how to change it to make it sound more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say that I dislike about Grammarly business is that it always spellchecks English spellings and tries to make them American

It is solving the tone of my emails, and also it makes my emails less wordy
Overall i love grammarly.

I like how well the AI works when rewording sentences and be able to change how they sound
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that sometimes, when I highlight sentences that I type, the Grammarly go icon doesn't open up for the sentence itself so I have to push the generic Grammarly go icon and copy and paste my sentence into the box.
Also, we use the snippets as an organization, but sometimes we need to use the "\" and when we do the snippets window opens and sometimes doesn't go away. The only way to make it go away is to right-click and click inspect elements and delete the elements. I would like to see an X button to close out the window
Also in our writing preferences setting, I have the "Avoid personal pronouns in academic writing" enabled for all but when we use the word "I" or "me", it doesn't correct it. we do not like using 1st person notes and would like that fixed

We have a cetain way of writing to our clients as an MSP and we would like for all of our employees to stay on the writing style, and using this program it helps to keep that
Great tool for copy correction and writing
What do you like best about the product?
It gives excellent suggestions when copywriting and helps us boost our communications without grammar mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have more languages as we operate in many markets with many different languajes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have grammar mistakes in my CRM communications, and I can create more engaging content for our users, resulting in better conversion rates.
Policy documents
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool and is especially handy when writing long policy documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gammerly used to provide a few free licenses for non-profits. Our team really benefitted from using the tool. Grammarly no longer provides that offer.

Incorrect grammar and phrasing of word

I feel confindent with teams across the globe representng our company when they have Grammarly attached to their written communication with leads.

I think it is very helpful, and I only wish everyone could use it.

I have teams from all over the states as well as international. This gives me confindence that we are representing the company well with our professional written communication.

It is straightforward to use, and customer support is always great. I use it daily, it has helped me so much especially when I send important emails.

I love everything, but I can say I hate the fact that corrects me every time, lol.
