I like a lot this communication tool as it helps me a lot while preparing my emails.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful aspect about Grammarly Business is the fact that I can produce efficient communication in my emails and letters and I feel confident and productive about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sincerely do not have anything to dislike about the Grammarly Business tool.

Grammarly Business is the tool that supports and helps everyone prepare efficient communications in written.
Great start to a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using Grammarly Business is greatly appreciated when managing a team of agents all using the tool. The integration into our own systems has made it easy to stay consistent between different methods of communication. Using Grammarly has become easier with each update they release, making it easier to use more often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, changing settings and the location of the Grammarly icon can be problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being consistent in our branding tone. Correctly spelling and grammar issues. Preventing repetition in our messages to clients.
This is the easiest to use grammar and AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is always working for my email, Microsoft software, phone, and anywhere on screen to double-check my communication to be clear and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want grammarly AI to understand my writing preferences better by perhaps allowing me to input my job and goals and communication style and who I am so it can give me better Ideas to improve the speed and flow of my communication.

This assists with clearer and fluffier communication.

I like it's simplicity. The user interface is very easy to navigate.

So far nothing. Everything I need Grammarly Business offers

It catches mistakes I would have not caught myself and it highlights portions that seem plagiarized when I forgot a citation.

It's great to help me ensure my emails and any publications are accurate, concise, and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the suggestions do not make sense based on the context, and the word suggestions can sometimes be repetative. I would love more options to keep my writing unique and build my vocabulary.

It helps solve any inadequacies in my grammar and ensures my writing is accurate and well-spoken.

I use Grammarly Business every working day because of how it improves my writing from a tone and grammatical standpoint.
I enjoy the tone markers that help indicate how a sentence sounds. I also appreciate the occasional suggestions to make a sentence sound a different way in terms of tone. It's in a non-intrusive spot, and I can easily see the tone whenever I want to. I also enjoy how easy it is to see how many errors there are and where the errors are, so I can make the changes on the spot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes does not remember words I consistently type out that are exclusive to our business, but are not typical dictionary words. This is the most annoying thing, since it tends to be repetitive or it makes me think I have more grammatical errors than I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me write copy for blogs, websites, etc. This makes it easier for me to write my materials quickly, correctly, and while maintaining that high quality that is expected of me.

The AI Function and Autocorrection of Spelling Errors
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as Such, everything is easy to use and implement

Great for our international team
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is scattered across the globe and not all our staff are native English speakers. That's why we have our team members run forward facing communications through Grammarly first to ensure proper syntax and spelling, as if they were native speakers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes run into conflicting style issues in using Grammarly. For instance, I write in Associated Press style, thus Grammarly sometimes conflicts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to offer on a global basis a single voice in all we push externally on the web, to customers and on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and proactivity of the tool. I notice that all my coworkers for whom English is a second language, and who use Grammarly, improve their writing skills and grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I haven't yet had any issues with Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with grammar, punctuation, style, word choice, etc. It turned my documents and emails into professionally written files.
