Always on Point
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly Business checks my writing as I'm typing. I don't have to run anything through an app or software, it's instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it all! I haven't found any downsides to using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sure that I don't send any documents or emails with errors.
Customer support email help
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business helps to rephrase words with the help of AI, according to your business. Since I am a support person in Education industry, this option really helps us to customize our responses in an efficient and clean way. Added the implementation for Grammarly business was simple and could be done by even student workers who are new to customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of Grammarly business could be the pricing, but I am convinced that the onvestment on it is real worth of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper communication from the customer support is essential for solving any issues in a timely manner, hence Grammarly business solves any additional delays due to non proper communication.

I love that you can currate a tone that best fits your company's brand, I use it a lot for emails with clients and even with our reports that we send to clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly reviews all the text in an open document which is very helpful, but when there is more than 20 pages of text it makes Microsoft slow down

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has really helped my copywriting for my clients social platforms. Due to it's ease of use, ease of implementation, customer support, frequency of use, number of features and ease of integration, I will continue using Grammarly Business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thankfully, I haven't come across any downside to Gramarly Business since I've been using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is an AI writing assitant for me which helps proofread my work and check for plagriarism.
Simple, powerful, writing support
What do you like best about the product?
I routinely use Grammarly to edit narratives and presentations. It is simple, fast, easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app on the phone is glitchy in text messaging.

It is helping me quickly and clearly write content!
Quick and Easy to use product.
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how easy it is to use the product. It is superfast. I mostly use the plagiarism part. It helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the documents are deleted on its own.

I need it to check plagiarism. It helps me in that.
Grammarly is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The upside to using Grammarly is it always catches the small mistakes that are easily made and easily missed or over looked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish was different is that the screen was smaller in outlook if you keep it open. However, it can be closed but it must be done every time.

It helps to proof read and ensure that I am not missing a beat in my emails
A work writer's friend
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having an extra pair of "eyes" to review my writing. This way, I don't have to ask a co-worker who's already too busy, and let's face it, not the best editor themselves, to help. Grammarly is even checking my work while I type this review! It is super easy to integrate into any writing forum. I use it for all my writing every day, including emails, grant writing, and drafts of letters for the boss. I have never needed to reach out to customer support. I love the monthly emails telling me how my writing has improved. It has really helped me better manage my use of commas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues with Grammarly business. It is funny to see how it corrects emails sent to me by coworkers and people who work for other businesses. They must not be clued in yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps my writing be more grammatically correct. I don't remember every grammar rule taught in grade school. It has taught me some things I missed back in the day!

Helps me speed up the editing process so I can save time.

I find that it still misses some obvious errors (i.e. incorrect word usage) because the sentence is still grammatically correct but doesn't make sense in context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time editing, catches errors in my own work, and speeds up time editing the work of others.
