Not needed for all, but necessary for some
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set a tone for company standards on written communication and help others meet that through Grammarly's guidance. It works for overly passive employees as well as overly direct employees. I have not signed up a user and had negative feedback yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing seems a little steep with little discounting for volume. If they did some more attractive pricing models at volume, I would consider a mass rollout. As it sits, not everyone needs it, we pick and choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The proofreading helps both on grammar and tone. That is the most important piece for me. Tone can be very hard for some to distinguish in an email. This has saved me a lot of time and headaches in dealing with miscommunication, both internal and external.
Appreciate the 24/7 editor and loving the AI addition!
What do you like best about the product?
I feel confident sending emails to external audiences with Grammarly giving me an extra pair of eyes
I also appreciate the addition of GrammerlyGO which makes drafting emails a speedy process.

I think needing to go through the administrator can be an impediment but I understand that is natural of most systems.

It helps create email replies with ease (AI)

Great tool for professionals
What do you like best about the product?
English is not my first language and Grammarly helps me fix my errors in the emails and letters I prepare every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some suggestions do not apply so i don't like it.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is when Grammarly recommends terms that you've pre-loaded, so that you consistently use the same terms in your writing every single time. This enables me to be more consistent in my writing at Tyson.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using Grammarly. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to be a more concise and consistent writer in their job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my writing to be in active voice instead of passive, as well as calling out key terms that are frequently used and recommending what I replace them with. This enables me to become a better writer with a more consistent style and voice.

What do you like best about the product?
It is like having someone review your spelling and grammar and provide another perspective on the sentence structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some recommendations are inappropriate and change the message completely, but you can always dismiss those. I have also encountered some issues when it replaces the word sentence, but it overwrites at a different place. But overall, it is a good tool, and I will continue using it.

Overall a great product that helps me with my obvious/repetitive writing errors.
Incredible for clarity and professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly for the easy use for my technical and not so technical users. I appreciate the company specific wording and dictionary features. I can rest easy knowing that everyone who responds to or writes customer facing materials will use correct language with the correct tones. We've used Grammarly everyday for years now and it just keeps getting better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly isn't compatible with Thunderbird, so one of my users has to run all of their emails through the app, which takes valuable time.

Clear and understandable emails with some tutorial and technical writing.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is not just a spell-checker. On top of being able to correct spelling errors, Grammarly also allows you to edit the tone of your writing and suggest alternatives when there are social issues to your sentences, such as them being too long.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very easy to get into at first, and the toolbar (which is easy to hide) can sometimes obstruct your text if you are working with a textbox that is limited in size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While assisting users with their concerns, it may sometimes be difficult to put words in the right manner. Even when it is not very difficult to do that, it can still take valuable time as we are working on rephrasing our sentences, and this process can take up valuable time. It builds up fast!
Grammarly is a useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has helped with my business wiritng especially the blogs and newsletters I write for my organization. It saves me time with my grammar and it catches things other editors are unablle to catch.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it is too helpful so I have to hit the 'dismiss' button on occasion

It benefits my writing as people have said that what I send them is clearer and to the point.

I really like the interactive suggestions that Grammarly provides and the different suggestion options.

I don't really have anything I dislike. Sometimes, the Grammarly icon appears when I don't necessarily need it.

Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
I always felt confident in my ability to write, and was hesitant to try Grammarly for some time. Now, I'm a power user. My writing has become more concise, and I love seeing the metrics each week! It helps keep the tone of our messages at our organization consistent and clear. I use it on all of my devices, and find it extremely handy when reviewing documentation. The app is easy to use, and easy to set up!

Grammarly Business is helping to keep communications within our organization, and with external stakeholders, clear and consistent. It ensures that we have access to various acronyms and terminology within the knowledge center.
