What do you like best about the product?
I like that it works on any platform that I'm using to do my writing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it underlines things that are not incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches things that I may not miss during a quick skim-through. I also love the emails it sends me every week to let me know my common problems and how many words were analyzed, what tones I was using, etc. Those emails might be my favorite part!

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is a great co-pilot for everything I do at work. It's super easy to use, robust and gives great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's slow to show results.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whether it's writing emails, documentation or interacting with my team on Slack daily, Grammarly Business ensures that all my communications are professional.
The easy way to avoid embarrassing mistakes
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is amazing as a product. When it comes to Grammarly Business, I really appreciate the ability to have a shared glossary of terms when it comes to talking about our business. Dealing with different external and internal copywriters, marketing professionals, it is key for us to always use the same language when we describe ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been a user for a very long time and I don't have anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business solves the cross-company tone and voice as well as glossary. It also helps us avoid embarassing mistakes in our press releases and other customer-facing content.
As a nonprofit staff, Grammarly has been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I can see who on my team is actively using Grammarly, make sure that what they're writing is on brand. Our team is mid-size and everyone can use it for their professional and personal writing from grant applications to emails to parents/families. I have it installed on browsers and devices I most frequently use and it's easy to to see what changes (if any) are needed to be made without having to go directly to Grammarly's website to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of senior leadership staff aren't able to write clearly and it's important to have clear and concise reports for them on a monthly basis. I use Grammarly to proofread and improve what they've written so it's easier to understand. A lot of our team members keep mis-naming our organization's name so the reminders about the proper use and format in the style guide has been really helpful. Sometimes when writing thank you notes to donors can be tedious so the AI writing tool is able to generate some new ideas that I can use as a guideline.
Easy to Use and Helps you get the grammar correct
What do you like best about the product?
Weekly updates and the Ease of use. Very Helpful, shows you when there is a better way to say something or if you have a word not needed in there. You dont have to be an expert but it can look like you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time is not available, when using our app, not sure if it is installed correctly or if chrome gets in the way.

It gives me insight into the tone in my writing and how it comes across.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions are not relevant to my use. Trying to have a more a positive wording doesn't exactly work when you are drafting a complaint for debt.

Grammarly Business has helped me fine-tune my writing in a consistent, concise way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Business does not always recognize AP Style when I am writing a press release, pitching or responding to a media request.

Everything! I use Grammarly Business for all my content and email writing for work. I think it has really elevated my writing

Grammarly business sometimes struggles with marketing jargon - when I say content or copy as a concept, it wants to change the language. But overall it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots - I am not the best speller, so it helps me as a spellcheck and proofreading tool. It also allows me turn brain dumps into eloquent paragraphs and polished work.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammary Business provided a great tool for making business communication more concise, and accurate. Most of our team that has the application uses it daily! Getting implemented with the integrations and all the a other features is quick and easy.
The reports received on how one is writing are informational and very helpful.
The AI features offered a great help in initiating prompts and making the sound professional!
We have never needed to contact customer support since the product works very well!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the spelling correction behaves strangely when typing in certain chat windows like teams, the correction will replace the word within another word. But its fairly rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearing up common or easy spelling mistakes goes a long way in showing professionalism. And its important from a business stand point to show that you are a professional.
