Learn and Correct at the Same Time
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Grammarly catch almost all grammar and spelling errors, but it also helps train my marketing team to write better reviews, blogs, and social posts from the very start. Seeing the changes that the product recommends has helped my team grow and develop their content writing skills. The program is easy to use and effective across many platforms and services. We use it daily and for almost every single program and process. Downloading and implementing the software is easy with the Chrome extension. I would recommend the product without reservation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the recommendations were more robust and that AI elements were more readily available for writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps my team proofread and copy-edit social media posts, creative content, and B2B blogs and content.
Game changer for our team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly Business. It catches easily overlooked or difficult grammar rules across the browser, word processor, and email platform. I also added industry and local terms in the brand guide to standardize spelling and capitalization. It's also a critical tool for our team members whose first language isn't English by catching mistakes and smoothing turns of phrase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the popup freezes or gets in the way of my mouse clicking. Restarting the program or browser usually takes care of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps when I have a lot of emails to respond to; I can get down my thoughts quickly and proofread second with the help of Grammarly.
Using Grammarly to check proposals sent to prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is easy to use. It does a good job of tracking all issues in my documents. I can skip around or work on certain sections until my documents are error-free. I use Grammarly up to seven days a week / ten to fourteen hours daily. Grammarly was easy to set up. I have not needed to call on Customer Support in a long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly should allow users to select sections of their documents that will not be checked for spelling or grammar errors. An example would be forms with instructions and text from the prospect that cannot be modified, even if the prospect's spelling and grammar are atrocious. It would be great to ignore the prospect's text and not have to "dismiss" each error Grammarly finds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with several people whose first language is not English. Grammarly will catch spelling and grammar errors and help me restructure sentences to make them more readable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have ever had is that I work at a camp which means I use words like "Camper" frequently, and sometimes Grammarly suggests incorrect synonyms like "trailer". I just ignore the suggestions and it is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes it easy to edit my writing either in small projects like emails or in large multi-page projects. I work on both frequently, so it is helpful to have a consistent tool that I can trust to proofread my projects.
Grammarly is a huge help!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so nice to be able to write our newsletters or other documents knowing that our spelling and punctuation are correct! Even better is the ability to see things reworded where they sound better and less wordy!

Absolutely nothing! It works really well for what we use it for.

Content and writing support, in the flow of work
What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has proven to be the best automated writing tool I've used in my career. It not only calls out true grammar errors, but makes helpful suggestions that lead to clearer text. Relatedly, I love that as the person responsible for my company's brand voice, I can set the sort of tone we're going for as well as certain vocabulary items and editorial preferences (hello, Oxford comma!).
What do you dislike about the product?
Really small thing, but its count of my productivity seems to also give me credit for documents other people have written that I'm reviewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a high-documentation, low-meeting company, we spend a whole lot of time writing and reading. All of us joined the company knowing this to be the case, so we're all baseline good writers who enjoy writing. But Grammarly helps us do it even better. The ones who seem to appreciate it most are those who learned English as a second language.
