Exceptional platform that makes sounding "professional" easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly enjoyed using Grammarly Business. I am a big fan of their new AI-assisted tools (Grammarly Go). The custom "prompt-based" writing assistance feature very helpful, and the great core features that scan my text as I write. As I'm writing this description.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are hardly any features I dislike about the product. It could be beneficial for the app to get UI updates, as it's integration with other applications is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is a powerful tool and I have greatly enjoyed the features that are consistently being added to it. I am currently in the Hospitality and Marketing industry and it has been a huge help to me in this space.

Only short sentence improvement advice, hope revision advice for longer paragraphs and essays can be implemented

Great integration in the Word program which gives me faster access to revision advice

I love how easily it integrates into my everyday workflow.

Wish it were easier to flip between different country writing styles for those of us working internationally.

Simplifying my writing, catching spelling errors, makes me look like a more concise writer.
The most impactful writing aid and insights tool I've used to perfect my writing style.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make mistakes without the fear that others will see them, Grammarly has me covered! The weekly insights are also impactful as to my tone, mistakes, and other important information. Overall, the integrations make it seamless with almost any app or program, very easy! I use the app daily and don't have any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am excited for the future of AI's further integration into Grammarly. I currently with they would recognize differences in my writing styles from others and use that data to further hone their recommendations. That is my only real consistent issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly ensures that my emails, notes, memos, briefings, or anything else I may be writing to the standards expected for the content.

I don't have to worry about spelling and grammar mistakes. It's very user-friendly. Lots of features and benefits

Can be glitchy sometimes. Other then that I don't have a complaint

Grammar helps me to ensure that my writing is clear and concise even when I’m having those bad days.

I wish the free version offered a bit more but it makes sense that it doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is efficient and effective for myself and my team. It saves time and also helps educate along the way. I find it one of the most valuable tools I use daily.
I also love the weekly report we receive. The breakdown of tones helps with self-awareness and growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there's a team component to using Grammarly together. It's been helpful for reviewing papers and sending emails. I like the function where AI can receive a prompt and give you a template of what to write.
It was easy for my team to have the program installed and connected to all our apps. I use grammarly daily and rarely turn it off.

Insight emails are a little odd because they compare your data with others-- not something I'm interested in seeing weekly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me proofread my emails, check for tone and giving me baseline ideas of what to write.
