Such a time saver
What do you like best about the product?
The Go feature and being able to synthesize information into a summary. I have the program embedded in all office products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be distracting at times when opening a document from another person and seeing the suggested changes. I would be nice to have an easy option to turn off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing to reduce the amount of time on tone and summary.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an excellent tool that helps me write more effectively, especially when it comes to email communication. It's very easy to use and fast. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside to using Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business not only helps me with basic grammar and spelling checks, it also provides valuable suggestions for improving sentence structure, word choice, and overall clarity. This has helped me craft emails that are not only grammatically correct but also more effective in conveying my message.

The tone feature is very helpful when creating content/messages for external users who may require a certain level of understanding or handling.

Sometimes the size of how and where grammarly appears can be disruptive to the interface of some of the systems we use; not allowing all information to show properly

It has resolved issues related to the tone of the messages and also ensures that writing is correctly formatted and punctuated for correctness.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to write new materials and articles for my clients and always having an editor right beside me help me make the best products possible. I use it daily to ensure my customers and clients get the best work product from me. It's easy to use and easy to implement for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the Google Docs integration will stop working properly on larger documents. When edits are made on google docs, sometimes the editor will make more errors that I then have to manually catch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is able to expedite my work in many ways including helping me communicate more clearly, saving me time, etc.
Helpful writing companion
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and helpful suggestions make writing easier! Being able to set the writing styles at the admin level also helps us to stay within our editorial guidelines. It was super easy to get started, and I always have it turned on. Additionally, I appreciate having the desktop app. It’s like having a constant writing companion in all of my apps at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the suggestions are not perfect. So, you still have to make sure that you thoroughly read the suggestions and make sure that they make sense to the context that you're writing. However, I don't think it's fair to expect perfection here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than solely relying on my proofreading abilities, Grammarly Business is like a second pair of eyes for my work. Additionally, offering phrase variations helps to make my writing more clear, concise and engaging.
The most comprehensive writing tool our company has ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a much more in depth review than any spelling and grammar program we have ever used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recommendations sound a bit too computer animated and we have to ignore them to achieve a more humanistic sound.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire staff uses it daily to analyze and check our writings and communications. We use it to on emails to manuscripts and everything in between.
Nearly a perfect tool, use it for business writing and fundraising
What do you like best about the product?
It is a thorough and easy-to-use tool that has enhanced my communication with donors and colleagues. I enjoy that you can customize your voice and that it seems to learn as I write to match my style. I could download the software and integrate it into my work very quickly. I use it many times per day. It doesn't get in the way of my writing and is intuitive immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a perfect tool, but it is very close. I would only mention that it makes some straight dumb suggestions sometimes that ruin the sentence. This happens maybe once a day, but it is not a deal breaker by any means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my editing time down and makes me realize how I am writing in real-time. If I am noticing efficiency errors, I can correct and build good habits when writing, which is ultimately the goal.

We have been using Grammarly Business for over 2 years now and the team loves it! It helps us with everything written, from emails, social media posts to Clients proposals and reports. It's one of the most popular and needed softwares in any business! I don't know how I did the business without it...
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I restart the business, I have to restart the programme to ensure its running in the background and scanning all of my communications.

Grammarly business helps me to avoid typos and grammatical mistakes. It also helps me to stay professional and be understood by everyone!
