Life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
This feature is awesome. As a chronic terrible speller, it has saved me multiple times. I also really like how it will give suggestions to change the tone, i.e. assertive, creative, etc. Having the suggestion bubble accessible next to what I'm writing makes it way more convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I don't like is sometimes it will suggest a word change that does not work. It does not like the word trainings; it always wants to change it to training. But thankfully there's a dismiss option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to type out emails and response way faster, and edit them just as quickly. It will also suggest a sentence rephrasing to make it more concise and flow better, which I tend to overwrite.
Grammarly helps right clear and concise sentences.
What do you like best about the product?
Highlights disjointed sentences. If I was typing an email, got interrupted and started typing again, Grammarly helps will suggest a rephrase of the sentence because it is no longer clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not observed a significant downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me send clear and concise emails even if I get interrupted multiple times while trying to type an email. Helps me figure out how to say something if I am struggling to find the correct sentence structure.

What do you like best about the product?
Subtle grammar and vocabulary mistakes are correctly detected. I have found most suggestions extremely helpful, and they have transformed the way I write over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the context may be incorrectly detected, and the suggestions are a bit off.

Grammarly Business has helped me to become a better writer by improving my style and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast, accurate, and helpful. I do not think about grammar/ spelling anymore. I just write!

I think it still has some latency to work on.

What do you like best about the product?
Has helped me simplify my writing and make it more understandable. As an insurance professional, it can be tough to get your information across. This has been a great tool to ensure our information is understandable to the average person and properly written.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tips they provide don't always seem to apply. But you are not required to make any changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to make a complicated concept a bit easier on people who do not do this every day. It also ensures we are sending smooth, grammatically correct correspondence to our customers who rely on us in their everyday life.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations and extensions for Google.The ability to see and make changes inside of Google Docs, social schedulers, etc... is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pop up can be a little annoying. It occasionally interferes with the buttons on other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to write and create fast. Being able to write content, or pull from another AI tool and then have Grammarly check it helps me work with speed.

It doesn't always integrate with other apps in the same ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I frequently check my writing to make sure that it is clear, free of errors, and on brand with our level of professionalism. The AI tools are helpful for idea generation when you are feeling stuck with creating content.
A game changer for professional writing!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has made my life so much easier when it comes to proofing not only things like spelling and grammar, but my overall tone and professionalism. 10/10 recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced is slow load times every once in a while on Google docs, but other than that, no issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me quick feedback on my tone and overall writing skills on day-to-day tasks from writing emails to complex presentations.
Great for spell checking and ideas, even better for their AI writing assistant!

Their AI writing assistant is AMAZING! It does "tones" great and it still sounds like a person instead of a computer wrote it.

The little icon in my browser window is sometimes inconveniently located.

We have users whose second language is English, which sometimes can show in their writing grammar. This helps clear up confusion for both he writer and the reader without being intrusive.
It's a pretty great tool for time management.

I like the collaborative aspect for my team and the easer of use.

The AI is still not very good, I prefer other platforms.

It makes proofreading and grammar checks go a lot faster.
