Great tool for business use
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me make sure my communications are professional and flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The tool is very helpful.

Grammar and sentence structure
I can't imagine my day-to-day work without Grammarly

I like their pricing model – easy to swap users when someone goes on leave and needs a replacement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a bit worried to use their AI as I don't know how the sensitive data would be processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a customer support and success team that helps clients from all over the world. Since English is not our first language, Grammarly helps us sound more fluent and ensure clear and succinct communication with both our colleagues and our clients. It's also an excellent tool to de-escalate difficult conversations and sound more empathetic, which is incredibly important in our line of work.

How it is encouragingon how you are doing and it keeps track of your mistakes so you can learn from it!

Grammarly Business is a great tool that can be utilized in everything!

I love that it assesses all my writing on various platforms and provides me with guidance on speaking formally and properly. I love that it plugs into every platform, and can give me accurate edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The button can be slightly annoying as it frequently appears on your screen as a reminder to use it, but at least it's always there for easy access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business ensures all my professional writing is done properly, such as emails, documents, and other items. It benefits me a lot to keep writing correctly.

I like that it can be shared among a team so that everyone is equally growing in their writing.

Cost is always something I would challenge, as the costs has increased substantially over the last few years.

It helps guide my tone, and professionalism in writing, both for academic work and in the office, among colleagues.

Grammarly Business has been the best resource I've used yet! I use Grammarly for a multitude of reasons such as emails, essays, report and etc. Grammarly business is a 10/10

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool to help with grammar and spelling. It also offers great recommendations for rewording sentences to make them more clear and readable. Overall, the features help to save edit time and improve my writing. I use this with every piece of content, email, or internal message I send. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly has some flaws and sometimes recommends changes that don't make sense or work well for the sentence. That said, if you are paying attention it's easy to spot the ones that improve your writing and the ones that don't.

It helps improve our writing as an agency overall and to catch any plagiarism issues.
