Can't write without it
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to have Grammarly pop up on any of the pages or applications where I'm writing. I trust the feedback it gives me and it makes me a more confident writer which is a major aspect of my current job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found any downsides. Maybe the only one I can somewhat mention is the floating icon sometimes gets in the way a bit too much and I can have a hard time placing it elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Velocity of writing and getting more content out quicker.

It keeps my writing concise and compelling. I write what I want to. It is clear!

Works wherever we are working, which encourages staff usage.

It has more glitches than we would like, and a few times has given incorrect responses.

All staff can now write at a higher level, saving time for senior staff in proofing needs.
A useful tool that can be betetr
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool when it works smoothly; not only does it detect mistakes and typos, it helps you improve your writing. I like that they have re-writing tones.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a great tool when it works, but some features (like the 'improve' and suggestions feature) are really slow sometimes or do not work.

It makes proofreading easier and less time-consuming
Great Tool for Quick Updates
What do you like best about the product?
It catches a lot of misspellings and grammer mistakes, and makes it very easy to correct them. It integrates with a lot of different tools, which makes it easy to use in your daily workflow. They also send a weekly email recap with details of the prior week's corrections and compares it to others, which is interesting to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I forget to pause it, so it catches some of my shorthand "mistakes" in my notes and clouds up the document with signals to correct them. But that's an easy fix on my part.

Checking spelling and grammer in my note documents.

Suggestions and explanations for the suggestions. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the software does not recognize words that are spelled correctly and adds an indication that it is incorrect. I think it does not register correctly at times.
Sometimes, the software would take a while, and its wheel turns for a few minutes. The delay is not helpful.

How easy to use is, their integration in every operating system, and how helpful is.

The icon in Mac sometimes blocks writing.

Every problem related to proofreading, and content writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I can make sure my emails are professional and without grammatical errors. When you are sending a large amount of emails and looking at a screen all day, you can easily miss errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the widget gets in my way, and I have to close it in order to continue doing what I am doing effectively. This is minimal, in programs like Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my co-workers to be confident in the content that we send out - knowing it was reviewed and proofed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is immediate, it is intuitive, it is essentially a second set of eyes making sure that what I write is not only correct but also delivers the message in the kind of tone I want. It takes passive asks and makes them active requests, it brings clarity, conviction and cause to my writing. I use it multiple times per day and across multiple products, as it has integrated into my email, texts, local writing platforms and web-based writing platforms. It was very easy to implement, installing quickly and letting me get to work improving my writing. While I haven't needed customer support for much yet, the few interactions I have had were great, and the update emails show my progress and encourage me to keep getting better.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little bit of getting used to and making sure it is reflecting your style, specific language quirks, and other notes, but other than that, very little to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a field where write a lot, and so typos and other grammatical errors are more likely to occur given our volume, and those errors end up being public-facing. Grammarly helps reduce those, making our product look that much better to our readers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The popup is sometimes annoying on sites that don't require Grammarly. For example, in a lot of coding website editing fields (e.g. GitHub), the popup dynamically positions at the cursor and doesn't go away. I have to manually exclude a lot of websites. I wish the grammarly icon can just stay on the bottom right of the screen indefinitely.
