Great corporate writing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how grammarly gives great writing critiques and allows the option to change words by providing a synonyms list if you double click on the word
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the homepage was easier to navigate.

Helping my company send polished content off to clients and publications.

it gets struck often and shows error, also some suggestions to replace specific words doesn't go with context

So Helpful with Tricky Emails
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps with tone, which is very useful in customer service communications where context can be difficult to convey. The AI component is also really cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the popups block view, and it's annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of my team are not great with grammar and proofreading emails prior to sending and it can undermine their skill and authority.
A great tool that my team uses daily
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it helps my team communicate both internally and externally in a professional manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it conflicts with other correction apps (for example Microsoft) which can cause a confusing user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple team members for whom English isn't their first language. Grammarly allows these users to pick up on the tips and tricks of an already tricky language to learn, and helps them communicate both professionally and effectively.
Grammarly is essencial for whomever wishes to be understood by english speakers.

I like that the suggestions have an explanation, and the we receive emails with an overview of our recent communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't recognize technical words, and then I have to add them to the dictionary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a vast knowledge in english, and Grammarly still manages to help me by correcting small issues and suggesting synonyms or words that indicate a specific feeling for the sentence, which helps a lot with building confidence in the answers.

I like the suggestions. You can change up what you say over and over again.

I like being able to think less when emailing.

Can catch pesky mistakes or let me rephrase what I am already saying.
Handy tool for catching errors
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it catches mistakes, I send many many emails each day as well as draft a lot of long letters and agreements, so it's nice to have a backup to catch any typos. I also like the weekly overview, it's neat and makes me feel productive. It's generally pretty seamless! It is also handy when I want to rephrase something or make something more concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a specific way of writing in my industry that is caught as an error so it looks like my document is riddled with errors when it is not. It would be cool if it could somehow cater to that type of writing. The other thing is that on really long documents sometimes it slows down my computer.

As I mentioned before, it helps to catch errors and helps with writing and phrasing.
