Grammarly has been a tremendous help
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic correction as I am typing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggested correction is not needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly ensures that my emails have a natural flow and are easily understood.
Grammarly has improved my grammar and my confidence level.

Grammarly has holistic approach and helps me to not be passive when I'm emailing customers.

There isn't a single thing I dislike, I can't think of anything.

Grammarly is helping me solve my writing skills, and phrasing my sentences to not be passive.
Grammarly Business is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The software helps not only find technical grammatical issues, but it also offers suggestions on how you can make things clearer. It's like getting a second opinion on your writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues with Grammarly loading in Word and I have to restart my computer to make it launch correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making the editing process easier. I manage a team of three. Before I see any work, they run it through Grammarly Business, freeing up my time to work on business and pitching.
Incredibly Helpful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a grant writer, I use Grammarly all day, every day. From grants to emails, this tool is essential to my work. It has me be more productive and accurate in my writing. By having the widget appear on all my tools, crafting emails has been so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the browser version of the tool could be improved. I find it a bit cumbersome when trying to scale my windows and work side by side with other tools. Although there is the widget, I prefer working in the doc format. I also have found that the Google Docs integration to be very glitchy and requires many refreshes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped me catch grammatical errors primarily when crafting grants and checking for plagarism. Additionally, the AI feature has been incredibly helpful in crafting emails and quick letters to donors. I love this new feature.

It catches common grammar issues but also catches bad wording and suggestions on how to make your text read better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into no real downsides, sometimes I can lose the icon, but I can alwys find it shortly.

It is allowing me to spend less time proofreading and checking emails

I love that Grammarly corrects me as I go, avoiding costly mistakes that can often happen when writing business emails and grants.

Avoiding items that can misconstrue my thoughts. Helping me to keep the tone of my writing in the correct format.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it helps me to rearrange sentences to better communicate my messages and also catch misspelled words.

Sometimes, it wants you to use a word that doesn't work with what we are doing.

Incredibly Helpful For Editing
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Grammarly Business is its assistance in sentence revisions to improve my writing's clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly will give me suggestions that don't make sense with the writing context, so you still have to be vigilant that your writing is coherent, concise, and still delivers your intention.

It's great for proofreading purposes!

Helps us to sound on-brand, professional, and without errors.

The enterprise account has some phenomenal tools like style guide, but they are a bit arduous to program.

Helping prevent typos, rewrite things to sound more professional, and find better ways to phrase our message.
