Grammarly Business, a tool for writing performance
What do you like best about the product?
When I started working for an American NGO, I found it difficult to reply very quickly to certain emails from my colleagues in Washington, as I'm not a native English speaker. But since I've started using Grammarly Business, I'm much quicker at replying.
What do you dislike about the product?
all the functions are useful and easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big problem I have faced before using GB is that I reply late to my e-mails, but After knowing it, It is more faster to answering

Async spell checks when typing & tone correction.

What do you dislike about the product?
Something is stuck in an infinite loop, suggesting between 2-3 words.
In some applications, the suggested full stop is added to the next line (such as Slack)
In some applications, I am unable to move the Grammarly icon while it blocks me in emoji selection (such as WhatsApp)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me in correcting grammatical mistakes and adjust the tone of my message which is most important to me as English is not my first language.
Grammarly is an essential part of my workday
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes work easier. I can set the language, and it will detect discrepancies. I use Grammarly throughout the day, every work day. It works seamlessly among all my programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is that it always wants to change the style type of the quotation marks. That is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I'm in a hurry, it's easy to mistype and Grammarly acts as a spellchecker and proofreader. I have to write in British English and I"m in the US so it will notate words I need to update to be accurate.
Great assistant to have regardless of language level
What do you like best about the product?
The gretaest part is that its available inalmostevery text box you would use in a browser. When you are writing lengthy emails sometimes you would miss mistakes. But the review function and the abiltyto go through all potential errors is helpful

The hovering widget is sometimes unreliable. The grammarly widget is sometimes difficult to dismiss when not needed.

Rephrasing long sentences and correcting small spelling mistakes you would otherwise miss.

Sometimes the suggestions don't make sense.

It is helping me send emails that are more to the point and grammatically correct.
A MUST for business setting
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the core functions like correcting grammatical errors, suggesting re-writing for clarity. I like the suggestion for the tone of the texts. Our company has set the techniques that we should use when writing emails. For example, our company has developed the style of the emails to be confident and friendly, so Grammarly Business always suggests ways to re-write them to be more confident and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions Grammarly Business provide is not actually accurate. For example, I am writing with specific terms in a business setting, but Grammarly will suggest a different term, thinking my words are inaccurate. But overall, it is not a huge issue, as I can dismiss those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly me proofread and help improve my writing. One thing I need is assistance with spelling errors or grammatical errors before sending the emails, and sometimes I can't catch them all by proofreading myself. Hence, it is great to know I have the extra assurance to help catch my mistakes. Another thing is that sometimes I don't know how to write something well, but with Grammly Business, I can start writing freely whatever I want to write because I know Grammly can help me rewrite the paragraph in a way that flows well.

What do you like best about the product?
I read documents daily and not only does it help me catch errors tired eyes might miss, but it also helps me set the tone of emails. I use Grammarly daily to help in all areas of my written work and love how it seamlessly works with my gmail and word and google documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the recommendations aren't always correlated to what I'm trying to achieve as it may be engineering or tech world-related and isn't always seen as grammatically correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've encouraged my company as a whole to use Grammarly, which has resulted in less typos and grammatical mistakes.

I'm a non-native speaker and Grammarly helps me a lot in my daily writing activities
Can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up! It was super beneficial, improved my writing, and even helped with copy! The cx had fewer to none grammar mistakes and was able to have the same brand tone. Multiple departments are able to use it. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while the icon for my widget blocks the word, I'm typing. I'm sure I can edit this function but haven't looked into it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving grammar errors for the cx team. It helps change the tone of a message, it so easy to use with the click of a button and when I get stuck on what to say it helps me with a few suggestions.
It makes my daily responsibilities so much more tolerable!

Its intuitive, and it learns my writing style. It does not take much time to learn how to use it at all.
I use it everyday and in every document i write for my job.
I am particularly impressed with the number of grammar-related features we can access.
Lastly, it integrates seamlessly with my Google docs and offline Microsoft Word apps.

It restores certain vernacular words to the nearest American/UK word, which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write >20 pages a day, Grammarly Business helps me keep my writing standards high even if I miss out on certain grammar rules or the quality of my writing dips.
