What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business allows me to match my emails and documents to the tone of voice of the business, whilst reviewing phrases and sentences that are more on brand for Travel Radar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was an inbuilt plagiarism checker, or the assistance of artificial intelligence, for example through integrating ChatGPT or BARD.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user to Grammarly Business and only beginning to understand its capabilities. I have been impressed so far, particularly with the function that captures and identifies corporate jargon - a helpful feature that allows quick insert of key company information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the suggestions at times distracting, for example, when you're intentionally sending something along more colloquially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me peace of mind that I am not sending information with apparent issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it can integrate into so many areas of business is superb. I have used it at three different organizations and won't likely stop using it for the foreseeable future. It is simple to download and install on Google, Microsoft, etc. I have had little need to connect with the support team, but the handful of occasions I've used it - they've been great. They're kind and quick to respond. This is a program I use daily for both work and personal use. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions are a little wonky at times, but I do think some of that comes down to setting parameters properly for each use.

It's another set of eyes on all of the materials that we're putting out to the public.

I don't have to click any extra buttons or go looking for the tool - it just automatically sees what I'm working on and makes suggestions to improve it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly's suggestions don't fit my tone of voice or writing style. But even then, it's easy to decline or ignore the suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seamlessly proofreads my writing, catching small errors while also suggestions revisions for clarity. This makes my writing clearer, more direct, and more impactful! It also helps when I'm tired and make simple mistakes.
