Really helpful for non-native speakers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly help me every day with the interactions I have with external and internal customer, you feel more secure and confident when sending email/message to native speakers. This app makes my life easier and optimize my productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Grammarly at the moment, actually and like it more. I noticed that AI was introduced and this is just amazing for me and I know it is the same for my team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly prevents me from sending wrong and miscommunication to my customers and helping me optimize my work. The fact that I can write faster and not double-check everytime and send an email is just amazing

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives my team the opportunity to review their written work product. This saves me time for having to send it back for edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. The ease of use makes it user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are benefiting from it because our team is learning to improve their grammar. The work products are looking more professional. Finally, it saves me time so I do not have to proof it.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been beneficial when I'm stuck or need to fix a grammatical error. It gives me better synonyms and is helping me write this right now! I find it so much more helpful than other writing sources because you can customize it to something you, as a writer, must work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gives you a correction that you do not need to change. It will pop up repeatedly, even if you trash it. But that's the only thing I would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write many writing assignments for school, and Grammarly gives me ideas and new words I never thought of before. It has helped me get higher grades and helped me become a better writer.
Amazing corrector
What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool for grammar correction assistant I use it everyday for typing my emails at work and it has become my allied besides it works pretty well on gmail and outlook
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it presents bugs when you are trying to type on a website outside of gmail or outlook specially id the website is not in its original language but you just have to deactivated for that website

I am now typing more profesional emails and I am way more productive thanks to this sofware and the free version works super good if you want it to use on emails but it also offers the plagiarism checker if you pay the full version

I enjoy being confident when I write to a high-end client or hierarchy team member. Sometimes fast-paced communications take place, and having Grammarly Business at my side lets me quickly make corrections to ensure my communication is clear and consice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Grammarly suggestion button hovers over a specific word, and I need to manually move it. Sometimes the suggestions need to be overwritten as they may not reflect what I'm trying to say.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is incredibly helpful, especially for people whose first language is not English. It's fantastic for running a quick check before sending out an important email or document to ensure it's clean and grammatically correct. Plus, I love its cheerful and encouraging messages!
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, Grammarly doesn't like the passive voice and always suggests rewriting in a manner that I can't agree with.

Grammarly is a fantastic tool for improving my writing and extending my vocabulary. It's great to have an option to use AI features as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the insights that tell me how I am progressing. The repeat corrections and insight correlation help me better plan my written statements. I believe the integration is better then competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrated apps malfunction, and corrections are made to inappropriate text sections. The insights use numbers and statistics that combine text that I have written and text that others wrote that I am responding to in my emails.

I write more efficiently, and I am able to clearly articulate my points without any fluff.

What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions to improve sentences. I usually take too much time rewriting my sentences and do not feel confident about how clear or correct they are. Grammarly suggestions are helpful, save me a lot of time, and make me feel more confident. I also learn from the tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a downside, but it may be an issue with the server. Sometimes I ask to introduce the corrections, and nothing happens. Sometimes it shows the problems to fix, but they disappear before I revise it. It happens more frequently in longer texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a non-native English speaker that needs to prepare educational resources in English, so Grammarly helps me to review all my slides and documents. I would love to count more with the plagiarism detector tool, but this one needs improvement.

Accurate, easy to use, and always convenient application. It works perfectly for emails and documents and makes my work look more professional and straight to the point.

So far, I like everything about Grammarly. I cound't say anything about something on the application that I dislike and could change or improve.

It makes my emails and documents look much more professionally written and clear, direct, and easy to understand. It also saves me time from checking everything 2-3 times before presenting/sending a document.
Though I have used you with satisfaction for for decades, I may cancel. bc you are no longer great

I give a rating of 7 due to my long-term appreciation for the service. Now your most significant difference is the almost universal application across most applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that improvements are not made as quickly as I would like. Frequently, I need to make two or three attempts to correct simple spelling or grammatical errors. I have started using CoPilot, which is embedded in Word, and it performs much better and faster with true AI. I am considering canceling my subscription upon renewal because of this

Correcting spelling and grammatical errors is helpful, but assistance in expressing myself in a business, professional, and casual manner is excellent.
