Love it!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps my writing sound better and how straightforward it is. You need to press a simple button. It is amazing. In comparison to other writing helpers, Grammarly is just over the top.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like for Grammarly to work on Slides. It could be beneficial and improve my experience in Grammarly in general, instead of just having to copy and paste it to the Grammarly Website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me by making my writing sound more fluent, it is beneficial because English is my second language, so I make many mistakes. Overall, it is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
This feature helps ensure my writing is tailored to my intended audience and purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making errors while detecting the tone. Sometimes it tells me I am rude when I am genuinely not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business's advanced grammar and spell-checking features that can detect errors that other tools might miss. It provides me with suggestions for correcting errors, making my writing more polished and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammary Business automatically checks all of my emails and other writing I do on a daily basis. I also like that it will automatically correct misspellings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are not correct, but I can just choose to skip the suggestion and continue writing. There are a few glitches here and there with clicking on suggestions that will cause it to exit whatever program I am using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest problem is being concise with my words. Grammarly Business has helped me to write more direct correspondence and has helped me feel less hesitant about responding to some emails. My confidence has increased using Grammarly.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can write knowing the app will help me through it. Help me correct the grammatical errors, the emotion I wish to convey, and the message in a way that meets my specified needs.

Sometimes the app doesn't give me room to ignore their corrections when I feel that the suggestions don't match what I know and believe is correct or the message I intended to convey.
I'll press the dismiss 'button' when proofreading after a while; I'll return to the same error.
Pretty exhausting, especially when I need an accuracy level score.

Using Grammarly can greatly improve the quality of your writing. It not only helps to catch spelling and grammar errors, but it also provides suggestions for sentence structure, vocabulary, and tone. This can help to make your writing more clear, concise, and professional. Overall, using Grammarly is a valuable tool for anyone who wants to improve their writing skills.

I only dislike that it occasionally does not load or work quickly when I need to spell-check something.

It is saving time and gives me the peace of mind knowing that my writing is clear and well done.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use Grammarly anywhere I go since I have the app on my phone as well. I love that my students can use it on a regular basis to correct their work. It's fast and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Grammarly Business is that it does not always catch plagiarism in submitted work. Occasionally it will say there is none when there are clear violations of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps my students and I correct our work so that we can submit the very best writing we possibly can. The plagiarism checker also helps my students be more aware of citing work correctly.

1. Cost is higher, it should user pocket friendly; especially if they want to use Grammarly at a personal level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to have standard writing skills for all our call centre agents; Especially if any agent is responding to our customers; For emails, agents actually got some time to respond but if the agent is supporting any customer over a chat; it has to be super quick; here Grammarly played a great role for us.
Very informative! and easy to use while on the go
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides alternate examples of vocabulary to use in case I make any mistakes. It also sends me emails regarding my grammar performance and my styles of communication! This helps me adjust my communication style when communicated with others to always ensure presenting my point to them cleary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say is sometimes in my google chrome browser the extension may be slow to respond. I will have to close and re-open my browser to get it to load. Other then that I have NO issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It honestly saves me time from having to recall how a word is spelled out. Less time thinking and more time typing! It is a very useful app and you dont have to go out of your way to make any spell corrections.
Accurate - Guidance- Suggestion
What do you like best about the product?
The multiple suggestions, as per the context, help us to convey our thoughts. Minor or major language concerns has addressed and all this knowledge is available at the tip of our fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not say dislike, but here is a suggestion it was observed a couple of times the alternate which was changed as per Grammarly, is again being suggested to change back to the same word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to increase my professional writing style. The email and content appears to be effective and I am able to convey all my thoughts without any error. It is a big deal.

I work with documentation that needs a specific tone and must follow a strict style guide to comply with our client’s necessities. I rely mainly on Grammarly recommendations as they help me deliver my documents.
It shows many options and suggests how my readers might feel when reading the document.

When working with long documents with many headings and sections, Grammarly can find it challenging to perform. It sometimes suggests details around punctuation that are not precisely accurate for the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We must perform several peer reviews and proofreading to validate that our document complies with industry standards. Grammarly helps us review the document with a second pair of fresh eyes.
