Grammarly has helped me create professional emails and correspondences.
What do you like best about the product?
The corrections and suggestions are most helpful because I am made aware of my limitations in writing, and I am also learning to improve as days go by.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Grammarly. It benefits my agents, who handle email communications daily, and me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I communicate with internal and external clients, Grammarly solves the tone and writing style.
Excellent tool for people interested in developing their communication skills
What do you like best about the product?
I like knowing that everyone on my team uses the same standard. Grammar isn't black and white, but using Grammarly as a single, reliable reference point helps encourage brand consistency in our writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly makes a lot of suggestions, and the overwhelming amount of color on the page is intimidating to my teammates who don't prioritize grammar or are not interested in changing their writing. It could be more customizable on an enterprise level to manage which teams get which recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business speeds up my proofreading process. I'm more efficient because I can spend more effort solving grammar issues and less time looking for them. Grammar makes collaborative writing easier by maintaining consistent conventions throughout the piece.
Useful tool and writing partner
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has always been a useful tool. I'm a team of one so it's most helpful when I can use it to strengthen my writing and to make the editing process faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like seeing a dashboard of errors and a breakdown of what's good and what's bad. A detailed dashboard and readability level for communicate purposes would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to market. My resources are restricted, and this makes the writing process faster.
Learn - Unlearn - Relearn
What do you like best about the product?
Using Grammarly has improved my efficiency, accuracy, and productivity while writing formal emails to various stakeholders. Be it the random punctuations, or usage of colonized words - Grammarly keeps a tab of all and suggests accordingly. This is why as my title suggests - I learn, unlearn and relearn every time I use Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is that sometimes Grammarly suggestions are beyond my reach. It doesn't show any recommendations but calls it out that the written statement is not up to the mark, which confuses me. Which is why as my title suggests - I learn, unlearn and relearn every time I use Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, Grammarly has helped me up my efficiency and accuracy around certain words, punctuations, and regular vocabulary. It has immensely helped me being confident in my writing
Love the capability to review my writings
What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact it reviews my writings across emails and also PowerPoint slides and really any writing. So it is like a review capability that allows me to then look at further information on how I am trying to project my message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clocks out and takes time to get the results.. so a bit quicker AI around as you are typing a bit more quicker to allow the edit to be a bit more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining and thoughtful about how I project my message clear/concise and to the point vs not getting to the meat of the message. It allows me to think with the end in mind
Write with confidence!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it is validating - if I am deciding between two ways to word a sentence, or mistype something, I am happy to have the feedback so I can make needed changes prior to publishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the location of the icon to default to the last place that I moved it - unique to each platform - because where I prefer it is different for each type of software or document I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my own writing, I do not have to worry that the Google grammar and spelling corrections are all that I am getting for feedback; Grammarly is more dynamic and more closely aligned with how I write, particularly in the use of commas.
This has been the best app I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is wonderful at making sure the sentences sound how you want them to sound and that your spelling and punctuation is good. I find it the easiest and friendliest app to use. This app makes writing easier and more professional sounding. I love this app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find any downsides to using Grammerly. This app covers all angles of business writing. I do not find anything which needs to be changed or improved in this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to improve my writing to sound more professional and friendly to my customers and assisted me with adding more empathy to my correspondance. This has increased my reviews of my work and they have become much more possitive.
Helpful and Neat
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and makes my emails much more professional. My reports written on Word or other places are also better written and its a quick learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is that sometimes my reports are supposed to have concise wording so the grammar isn't meant to be correct. Then Grammarly is annoying because it can't understand when to show up and when to leave it alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps my proofreading go a lot quicker. It used to be that I'd write, then proofread. But now I am correcting as I go but it is not slowing me down.
It's helpful, but sometimes so helpful it messes up your paper.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps with catching small errors you wouldn't normally find if you were scanning through your paper completely, the few extra spaces one would add, comma splices, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where your paper would not recognize things like your name, or certain words where it should be recognized but it isn't, or say you're writing something and they would say something is wrong even though there isn't, and makes the sentence even worse and jump through suggestion hurdles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have a paper to write and you want Grammarly to check and see if there is anything minor you've missed, Grammarly checks things for you and lets you know if there is anything you could improve or better words you can use.
Great Product That Helps Everyone Sound Smarter!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that grammarly business helps everyone sound like they majored in English! I'm a bit of a grammar snob myself and appreciate when people use proper grammar in their writing, especially in business writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The suggestions aren't always correct. Because we're dealing with computers, it's not too surprising. The majority of the time the suggestions are spot on but once in a while a rogue one slips through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me catch mistakes that I don't always notice. It helps me sound professional with my clients and i don't have to spend time looking up grammar rules.
